We were at Colter Bay RV Campground the first of July and a bear wandered through about 20 feet from us. Nothing like chilly mornings and warm days in the middle of summer, ahhhh.
The clip about the coming around the mountain when they come had me cracking up!!!! Yes when i was little it seem like the lady never ever came around the mountain at all, and we would just continue singing that verse! Hahaha
Fun you’re heading into huckleberry country. Huckleberry pie is my absolute favorite along with huckleberry ice cream, daiquiri, jelly. Beautiful photography

Happy Anniversary!! We celebrated our 41st anniversary August 8th by riding our bikes 41miles on the Neil Smith Trail and Saylorville Lake campgrounds. Loved this video!
We also stayed at Colter Bay (late June, early July), but on the full hookup side (I think they have over 200 full hookup sites). Loved it! Jackson Lake was at 48% capacity.
happy anniversary! when I was a kid we did a 30 day trip across the states and one of the best places was in the grand tetons. the only place ive ever been in a tornado was Jackson Wyoming. so on that trip the only time we stayed in a motel was that day. we had a station wagon and popup trailer.

On the Starlink front, I'm currently in the Halifax NS area at Wayside Campground near Peggy's Cove and am getting on average 211 down & 15 up with an average ping of 47. Best, Brian
You’re right, photos & even video don’t do it justice! We went on a float raft trip on the Snake River and it remains a highlight of all our adventures! We also stayed at Colter Bay. Yes a little pricier but there’s a lot there to enjoy. You’re making me want to go back!!! ❤️

Saw you went thru Dubois, WY. You missed visiting the National Museum of Military Vehicles (you drove by it in your video). It doesn’t look like much from the road but definitely one of the best military museums in the World!!! If you ever get a chance to go to Wyoming again, it needs to be at the top of your list. Thanks for the info. Yes, we wish we could have stopped, but that’s why we took that shot and included it in our video. We don’t get as much time to stop at as many places as someone that is retired, so we have to be more selective to get to our destinations on time. Appreciate the info! 😊🤓
