i have watched quite a few of your videos, and enjoyed many, although some triggers (mouth sounds for instance) just are not my thing... such is life. That being true, not every ASMR creator works for me 100% of the time, and I tend to search out ones that work for me and watch them repeatedly. Now this video is really, really well done and has been very effective and calming for me! Your energy in this is subtle, but really adds to the effect of the actual sounds and movements and it is just nice. I really, really enjoyed this one! I put it on while I work to just sort of drown out the background noises, and to help me relax and focus. Thank you! Keep videos like this coming! Peace.

Then you just start uploading to Spotify. Traditionally Spotify is pretty straightforward for publishing content. Anyway, I hope you do soon!
