Jim is one of the coolest guys in the boat design world. We have had more fun with our Windrider 17 than any other boat we’ve owned. I had a well built sea runner in the 70s , a wonderful boat, but this is all fun and no worries. Jim has a winner in this boat. We even trailered Down to Longbeach and sailed out to Catalina island. It was a wonderful trip. Fair winds Jim. Keep em coming
Just a pity Jim is not of greater statue. I like my Windrider 17 but a couple of inches here and there would have made it much easier to live with. Getting in and out of the rear cockpit can be a chore.
We have had a WR 17 since 2008 and still enjoy it immensely!

Pretty cool. I miss my old corsair trimaran and think on of these would be fun.
The sail on the 16 is SO easy to reef. You just roll up the sail by turning the mast.
in rough seas, lots of water in the hull ??
better than hobie adventure island ??
Anyone know if they're still in production? Went to the Windrider website but all they're selling are clothes....😞
