Blowing my nose into toilet paper is way nicer then a tiny tissue, also I definitely look because your boogers tell you a lot about the sickness. I don’t like being sick obviously but I do love treating myself when sick to good food that’s healing and or feeding that food to my hubby when he is sick. It’s my favorite thing to use natural things like food to help our bodies heal. My hubby is the worst at treating his body right when sick
I always look at the tissue after I blow my nose cause you know, better to know whether it is green/yellow or translucent - kind of tells you how is the infection going :D! Having said that, I only buy fancy, super soft bamboo tissue when I am ill cause it does make a difference to the state of my nose when blow it hundreds of times a day XD Also, it is kind of weird to be catching up with this video after having watched the next one but hey, I enjoyed watching anyways (especially as I was ill a few days ago too). I hear you girly!! I have to say I absolutely love it and find it so valuable for my body! I suggest giving it a try and to take it consistently for a month to see if you notice any changes for yourself! That way you can take note of how your body is being impacted by the product and measure if it’s worth it for you☺️ much love!!
Please don't restrict walking though. I agree that running is not the best idea but walking or stretching is important for stimulating lymph system flow which will help to get the toxins OUT.
Financial-security-wise, I am really glad you get to monetize being sick. Would be awful if you couldn't do anything, felt awful and additionally lost the chance to earn your living!
I read the ingredients on Catalina crunch. It's one of those high protein keto cereals. Possibly the most processed list of ingredients I've ever seen on a cereal box in terms of percentages. Especially considering that many of the most popular "junk food" cereals (such as lucky charms, frosted mini wheat, cinnamon toast crunch ect..) first ingredient is whole grain oats or whole wheat. Don't fall into these fad diets.

@@maryem9225 health policing? I'm trying to save people from falling into these low calorie sweetener, high protein diets that are literally creators of eating disorders for some people. You don't need to buy expensive weightloss products and there not benefiting you either. She basically accused other cereals of being "full of junk" not only in this video but previous ones as well. I've seen several other people advertise this product the same way claiming that it was healthier than these "junk" cereals. This sort of aditude is what makes people feel guilty about eat their cinnamon squares which they shouldn't be!
You don’t sound like you in the past two videos in the voiceovers-Maybe it’s just because you’re sick, but it very much sounds like you’ve been watching a lot of Mina Rome. Or maybe I just have and that’s why I’m seeing similarities 😅
