After two unsuccessful cleanings, I bought a carb on Amazon for $20. Up and running in 15 minutes. I kind of wish I could figure out what I missed in the cleaning, but its not worth my time & effort to investigate further. All of the orifices seemed fine.

It is usually a issue with the emulsion tube. They sometimes need to be completely disassembled to clean
