I found Jesus watching your sermons. I was raised in a Baptist Church and joined the church at age 12 . All my life I felt I had to obey God but I broke all the rules. I was in and out of prison and jails and I was addicted to anything that would change my state of mind until I met Jesus. Bless his holy name he set me free of so many demons its unexplainable. I've walked with Jesus for 4 years now and life has never tasted so sweet. I'm living proof that no matter how much of a low down dog you think you are Jesus Christ can set you free. He's the only one that can take the pain away. God bless your church Preacher Lawson it saved my life. I feel as if it's my church too even though I'm in Kentucky
I'm glad to hear of your salvation friend. I also was saved being convicted by the Holy Spirit listening to brother Charles. I would caution you not to think of Temple as your church if you do not physically go there and fellowship with the brethren there. You really need to find a church within reach where you are and get into service there and be a blessing to believers where you can. Not saying you are not doing this but your church is not one you hear online but one you attend locally. God bless.

Heavenly Father, I may not know these folks, but you certainly do! You know in detail all that they've been through, as well as what they're going through and exactly what they need. Nothing surprises you, or is too big for you! You say we have not because we ask not, so I'm asking you to meet every need for each of them to overcome any hardships. Father, please protect these precious people and be their safe refuge. Please command your angels to guard them. Father, please draw them in close to you, and let them feel your love for them! Please also bless this dear uncle as he's watching over them. May he teach them about you and guide them to you. I pray that each one is saved. Thank you, Lord. In Jesus' name I pray. Amen.

I don't know if pastor Lawson see comments or even cares...but I love his ministry...I don't believe in all the same doctrinal stances but I'd love to ENCOURAGE HIM TO NEVER STOP FEEDING PEOPLE. And belief that Jesus is God and if you don't subscribe to that your not in the faith.
The kjb controversy can be supersized (in a nutshell) that there is 2 lines of bibles in the western world
The King James Bible and Douay-Rheims Bible, the modern bibles are a different story, but the actual base text of the Bible’s culminate in 2 different ones
The Lord Jesus Christ being God is within the Christian Doctrine of Father/Son/Holy Ghost
God isn’t a universal God, and wether it’s a God we imagine, or create, if God is outside The Lord Jesus Christ that thing/person isn’t Him
God is in us by Him, and we are in God by Him, sealed by the Holy Ghost (as Christians)
When the Bible uses the word God, it’s referencing Jehovah, Jehovah and Jesus are the same being
So if your talking to someone who is a Christian, and they say God a lot, but God they are referencing doesn’t match The Lord Jesus Christ, then something is off big time, maybe bad Bible teacher, or false conversion
Typically I have found people just have bad Bible teachers, worst case is someone was converted a different way than being born again
I believe we can pin point exactly who God is with the doctrine of the cross

I'm not a argumentative person so I hope I don't come off that way . Biblical study is a life long quest. Iv had to adjust my theology many time along the way .
From what iv experience concerning KJV (which is a great translation) it was mostly translated using the maseratic text and excluded the Septuagint text . From the Maseratic
There where lots of translator insulation. Even left out versus . That why I can't subscribe to KJV only.
To be a student of scripture we need all that applies to us .

@@dadkingcoffey8333 yeah if I have to choose between the Greek OT and Hebrew OT the Greek is better bc it’s what the Apostles used and there is only 1 of them
But from what I found the masoretic text isn’t the base text of the KJb, they used the Bishops Bible as the base text then used their resources to comb through it and refine it
The Geneva Bible was the base text of the Bishops Bible, while the Latin Vulgate was the base text of the Great Bible
The Latin Vulgate being the text the Vatican had
Most of the retranslations had to do with the Latin Vulgate being known as the wrong bible, and the others translating in calvanism into their bibles
A lot of people thing the TR is the received text, it’s not, another Bible was and it became one of the base texts for the Bible’s that became the KJB
The KJB matches 3 of the oldest bibles, the Latin one before the Latin Vulgate, the Syriac, and another one, they all match circa 160 a.d.
Here is the kicker, there is no Greek NT bc Rome burned them all, it’s how we know which books are in the NT bc it’s the books Rome went after to burn and Christians sacrificed themselves to hide/keep
It’s really interesting how the Bible became the Bible, but it wasn’t from a committee or Vatican, they produced a counterfeit with errors
The only full Bible the western world had prior to the English version was 2 different latins one
I find it amazing that the KJB matches ancient Hebrew texts (that the Septuagint was translated from) and it matches the really old Latin and Syriac texts
Think of the “base text” this way, when someone goes to another language in scripture, their doing so from a base text, wether it’s the KJB or any other text
It’s the people that randomly pick words from a pool of choices that screw everyone up
I know from research the Hebrew text is unreliable from 120a.d. To 1300 a.d., so if you get a Hebrew text post 1300 a.d., that has been corrected by Christians your good, but don’t grab the Hebrew text from Judaism, they admit they translate Christ out
They won’t even read Isaiah 53 and most want that chapter out of the Bible
Christians really are the only people who reverence scripture, I don’t know of Christian’s intentionally translating Christ into something He isn’t which is why I’m all for using whichever books the Apostles used
We just don’t have full copies of all the books they quoted from

I'm sorry. My husband was killed last year. There are no words I can say, but I'm really sorry for your grief. All that helps me is remembering God knew his birth date and death date. He has always known. He knows mine, yours, my children's. I know I'll see my husband again, and I don't know how anyone can go through this trauma without Jesus.

My Daddy passed this year and the nurse called me, as he had gone to rehab nursing after stint in hospital, woke me out of sleep & said your Dad expired. Praise 🙌🏼 💕 🙏 God he was saved & I am too because I wanted to say that is MY DADDY & he's not a jug of milk. I'll see him & the rest of my family soon. I want to first see My Savior, that died for me & behold his Glory to whom I owe it ALL 🙏. Jesus, THAT'S MY KING ‼️

I love that Pastor Lawson teaches some Hebrew Words. It is a little head start on the Father’s returning us to His Pure Speech, so we can serve Him with one Unanimous and UNITED shoulder (TsephanYah/Zephaniah 3:9) !
Just taking a second to thank you for your sermons I'm trying just don't seem to ever get it prayers would be nice but idk maybe I just think I try to pray for others but I'm told with my duel minded life:( that me even praying is a sin idk I'm so lost but enjoy this stuff and be high and or drunk I think is telling my soul my spirit is crying out for the lord because that's all I can think of other than I'm addict I was on meth for years what kills me is them drugs where my only way of staying alive u know sounds stupid but I wanted to die because I'm so lost and lonely but years later still other addictions but you can't tell me so.ething is off with me when I'm stoned all the time or drunk and I'll be listening to the word! what I love about that verse when Jesus says he builds his church on Peter, is that from what God has shown me so far, is that he built his church on that statement that came from peters heart.... the truth of the matter.. the take away Jesus wanted to hear confirmed in another to show that without his words declaring so but through his actions, essence and who he is - the gospel truth....only then moments later when he tells them he has to die and Peter dismisses it, he says get thee behind me satan... what he is saying (again thus far to me) or speaking rather, is to the Satan within peter...to me it shows the duality that we live in here and the choice we have..
one moment Christ is building his church on that foundational thinking of Jesus being Christ and the son...the next he's rebuked for not wanting the will of God to happen. it's poetic and foreshadowing. I would not be surprised if like this moment right here the antichrist comes out of the catholic church. I'm italian/Irish ny native raised catholic we gotta pray for them🙌🏻💕

The first 300 years of Christian history was one opposed to war. That was until we got mixed into Roman Catholicism, allegorical teachings, and the Just-War Theory of Augustine. Christianity became like the world at that point.

Luke 22:37 tells us why the apostles needed swords that particular night. Jesus said, “For I tell you that this Scripture must be fulfilled in me…” That first word, “for” is incredibly important. It is the Greek word “gar.” It ties verses 36 and 37 together and it assigns purpose.
The reason Jesus wanted His apostles to have swords that night was so that a particular Scripture would be fulfilled. The Scripture the swords would fulfill was Isaiah 53:12, “And he was numbered with the transgressors.”
After Jesus explained the purpose for the swords, the apostles said, “Look, Lord, here are two swords.” And Jesus said, “It is enough.” We might ask, “enough” for what? Enough for eleven men to protect themselves on separate missionary journeys? That doesn’t make any sense.
Two swords was not enough for later self-defense, but they were enough to serve the purpose He just explained, “That this Scripture must be fulfilled in me: ‘And he was numbered with the transgressors.’” Jesus did NOT say they needed swords to protect themselves. He said they needed swords because He was about to be treated like a criminal.

One can actually spot the Creator's hand print and Godhead upon the very make up of the universe, God is 1 yet 3, and when you study the creation you will notice a certain theme, a repeating pattern that points back to him. You will notice multiple trinities imprinted upon the cosmos.
The universe itself is one physical creation, yet it consists of 3 distinct aspects which are Time, Space, and Matter.
Time consists of 3 periods: past, present, future.
Space has 3 dimensions: length, width and depth. [Time is referred to as the 4th dimension, but it's not a spatial dimension]
Matter has 3 common states in Earth: solid, liquid, gas. [I'm aware of plasma, but it's not common on Earth]
Even our own body's make up consists of 3 states, solid, liquid, gas.
Earth is the 3rd planet from our one sun, that's fixed just the right orbiting distance from it to allow life on earth to occur and flourish.
Our 1 bright sun produces 3 main types of UV rays: UVA, UVB, UVC.
You see, there's a theme, a pattern of 1 yet 3, 3 yet 1, just like the Godhead/Trinity.
God is one, and he revealed himself to his creation through 3 distinct persons/manifestation of himself.
1 John 5:7
For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one.
The archaic meaning of the word Ghost means both spirit or breath, So the Father, his Word, and his Breath of life, and these 3 are one in the same being who share the same intelligent mind, hence the Godhead.
It's quite simple really, when the Father speaks his Word goes forth and declares and creates all things by the power of the Holy Spirit who is the breath of Life. And the reason we call them persons, is because God refers to each member of the Godhead as a "he", as a person. By the way, did you ever noticed that you can actually spot each member of the Godhead in the first 3 verses of Genesis chapter 1, there's that 1 yet 3 theme again.
Genesis 1:1-3
1In the beginning "God"-[the Word] created the heaven and the earth.
2And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the "Spirit of God"-[Holy Ghost] moved upon the face of the waters.
3And "God"-[the Father] said, Let there be light: and there was light.
Quick note: on verse 3, there was no sun created yet but when the Father spoke and his Word went forth. Bang, suddenly there's was light upon the darkness that covered the world. That light came from the Word of God, the Lord Jesus who is the light of the world, the dayspring, and he's also referred to as the brightness of the Father's glory [Hebrews 1:1-3]

1In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with "God"-[the Father], and the Word was God. 2The same was in the beginning with "God"-[the Father]. 3All things were made by "him"-[the Word]; and without him was not any thing made that was made. 4In him was life; and the life was the light of men. 5And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not.

Depending on the context in which it is spoken in Jesus Christ the Word of God, is both metaphorically and literally the light of the world, the bright and morning star.
Romans 1:20
20For since the creation of the world His invisible attributes are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even His eternal power and Godhead, so that "they"-[unbelievers] are without excuse,

The issue with the doctrine of the trinity is the testimony of Jesus Christ
In the trinity explanation, 3 different persons same substance or nature, so in certain bibles words are changed to agree with this
But there are direct statements made like
8 Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ.
9 For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily.
10 And ye are complete in him, which is the head of all principality and power:

The prologue of John states The Word of God was/is God and became flesh
The trinity takes the reciprocal indwelling of Christ and breaks it down into 3 persons, but these 3 are identical bc their witness is Christ
It really messes with your mind, but we are dealing with an eternal God

@@edwardtelles1956 it’s a massive subject, the trinity isn’t just 1 in 3 or 3 in 1, that’s a numbers game that without gematria and a bible we could just be pulling numbers from thin air that have no meaning at all
The bulk of the points the guy made are agreeable, even though the process to the conclusion I don’t agree with
Since the trinity isn’t in the Bible, we have to take the doctrine and branch doctrines of it and test them by scripture
The conclusion I have come to with the trinity, is that doctrine was pushed as a way to block Christianity and subvert scripture
Not everyone believes in authority of scripture, so some of these doctrines were given based on Apostolic authority of succession, which if we have 1 John, that Apostle debunks that doctrine of Apostolic succession
Paul also debunks by prioritizing the authority of the Gospel based on scripture “according to the scriptures”
Peter also debunks that based on his emphasis that Paul wrote scripture, scripture superseding Apostolic authority
So my main gripe is I believe the trinity hinders Christianity, I am not a oneness person either, but it’s a massive topic we would have to narrow down and debate
Our good friend has somehow missed something about John 3:3. He says (black & white) that you must be born again. So babies, young children, etc. are all going to hell. I do think the tbc of pastor lawson has the most saved believers in their building, just because pastor lawson is definitely saved🤷🏻♂️
But there is no church denomination which we can call the 'true church', no🙅🏻♂️
Its important for us saved believers to pray and ask for to be unified with other saved people near us, the Holy Spirit will bring us together and then it doesnt matter where we are, we can have church together anywhere...🕊️🛐🛐🕊️

Lots of truth with a fair amount of error. His understanding of Kingdom is erroneous 😱😱. Which is rather sad, because he has so much truth. Sadly, he has lots of truth, but adding the meaning of a few Greek words is an old trick to make people believe you've grasped its true meaning. So, his grasp of many things is actually good, but shallow, and therefore subject to error.
