Ep10. The roads of Dolomites

Thirty years ago I spent several seasons climbing in the Dolomites. Now I've come back here to look again at those vertical walls that gave me so much joy and pride. I chose a route from the Trento area via Canazei (view of the Sassolungo) and Passo Fedaia at the foot of the Marmolada massif (here the highest bivouac at 2054m). I continued through Caprile to see Monte Civetta and over the Falzarego Pass at the foot of the Gruppo delle Tofane. Finally to Cortina d'Ampezzo overlooking the Antelao. The Dolomite route ended in Dobiacco after 180km and 5000m of climbing.
