Danny, nonsurgical rhinoplasty using a hyaluronic acid filler such as Restylane can last up to 18 months with maintenance treatments at 9 to 12 months. Restylane is a firm, thinner gel that enables the injector to sculpt and shape nasal skin more effectively than thicker fillers. One of the greatest benefits of nonsurgical rhinoplasty is that the procedure is reversible in most cases. Dr Mabrie my bridge is not bad but I have at the end a round tip how would you fix that and is it a non-surgical or surgical that would be used? Love your videos.
Hi Chikita Bonita. Thank you so much! For the Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty I prefer Restylane, a temporary hyaluronic acid dermal filler (lasts for 1 year, maintain results every 6-8 months). Restylane keeps it's shape well and builds up nicely, making it great for bridge and tip build up. It also injects smoothly giving nice even results. Lastly, it is 100% reversible making it a very safe dermal filler to use.
Great question! Most patients see about 60-70% of their full results with one treatment. I recommend they come back in about 1 month for additional dermal filler and to achieve full results. After this, patients return every 6-8 months to maintain their full results.
This is what I want done to my nose! All I want is a higher nose bridge and a thin narrow nose in the center of the nose. I don't want the nasal bone thin.

Hi Omega Destroyer - thanks for your question. I️ do not use Bellafill for a few of reasons: We used to carry this product when it was still called Artifill but I found that it was a very soft dermal filler that did not stay in place or hold it's shape well, making it a poor dermal filler for most parts of the face. I️ also had to give patients an allergy test for the filler at least 1 month prior to any injections because it has a high risk of causing an allergy reaction. Lastly, it is not reversible, so if you do not like the results or if there are any issues what-so-ever, you cannot dissolve the dermal filler to remove it. I prefer reversible dermal fillers even though they are temporary, over longer lasting non-reversible dermal fillers because they give me and the patient more control over results and are safer. Results tend to last longer after several treatments due to your own body collagen production. My problem is similar to 1:39, just had my fillers but my hump only looks larger, not straight. I'm honestly disappointed but I hope it looks better or corrected soon. :(
Wish i could do that because i hate my nose it's looking like the one that have in your thumbnail but the bump is not this big Apart from that i cant afford to it's expensive but do you know If there are some effective nose exercises that probably can make it straighter ?😞
Cindy, we like to use a hyaluronic acid filler called Restylane for non-surgical Rhinoplasty. It generally stays in your body for up to 12 months. We recommend a touch up appointment after the first treatment at 6 months. The results last longer with each injection as collagen production is stimulated and the nose is such a sensitive and important component of the nose we choose to use reversible fillers. If you do not like the results or if there are any issues what-so-ever, you can dissolve the dermal filler to remove it. We hope this is helpful. ~Mabrie Facial Institute

Hi Blueberry, We use lidocaine injections prior to treatment to numb the area we are treating. Additionally, the fillers that we use have lidocaine in them which helps to numb as the procedure continues. Like any medical procedure, filler injections have potential risks and side effects. The most common side effects are swelling, redness that typically resolve within 24 to 48 hours and bruising, more serious complications can include infection, vascular occlusion (injecting into an artery). Find an Injector that has extensive knowledge of facial anatomy, experience, skill, and shares your aesthetic goals. We hope this is helpful. ~Mabrie Facial Institute

Thank you! The cost for a Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty at my office is $1500 for your initial treatment. The procedure is then discounted to $875 for your maintenance treatments.
Thank you for your comment. There are so many fillers on the market to choose from and every Injector has their own preferences. In my office I prefer to use reversible hyaluronic acid based filler. Each filler has its own unique characteristics which make them more or less appropriate for certain areas of the face, and results can last from 12 to 24 months. The body gradually absorbs the filler material over time, so results are not permanent. Bellafill is currently the only FDA-approved permanent filler for use in the face. It is approved exclusively for treatment of the nasolabial folds. I️ do not use Bellafill for a few of reasons: We used to carry this product when it was still called Artefill but I found that it was a very soft dermal filler that did not stay in place or hold it's shape well, making it a poor dermal filler for most parts of the face. I️ also had to give patients an allergy test for the filler at least 1 month prior to any injections because it has a high risk of causing an allergy reaction. I hope this is helpful. ~Dr. Mabrie
Yes! This is the great thing about Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty, you can target specific areas and make small changes to make sure you still have your nose, just an improved version.

Non-surgical rhinoplasty is an amazing procedure and is a huge advancement over traditional surgical rhinoplasty procedures. The initial fee is $1,850 (we provide an optional 1 month touch-up for $150). The filler lasts up to a year, we recommend having a follow up injection in 6-9 months for $950, results last a little longer each time you get them.
Hi Franco, There are several advantages to opting for nonsurgical rhinoplasty versus traditional surgical methods: predictability of results, procedure time, ease of recovery, reversibility, and cost (to name a few). Regarding cost, while the average cost of surgical rhinoplasty is $5,409 (according to 2019 American Society of Plastic Surgeons), this does not include operating facility or anesthesia fees. These necessary additional fees associated with surgery can increase your overall cost to $9-$10k. That being said, patients should never "price shop" when it comes to choosing a qualified surgeon. After performing hundreds of surgical rhinoplasty procedures, I prefer nonsurgical rhinoplasty. Dermal filler provide immediate results; whereas, final surgical rhinoplasty results are best evaluated after 1 year post-op. Further, dermal fillers allow me greater precision and predictability with results. Surgical patients may have irregular scar tissue and healing that can affect their results regardless of the skill and expertise of the surgeon. Our nonsurgical rhinoplasty patients are thrilled that they can achieve their results without having a long, uncomfortable recovery. Nonsurgical rhinoplasty can be performed in-office in about 30-45 minutes and can change the shape, projection, definition of the nose without implants, anesthesia, or time-away from work. Lastly, but most importantly, nonsurgical rhinoplasty is reversible. In my practice I use HA dermal fillers for the nose. If, for any reason, patients want to change or tailor the shape, we can do that! Surgical patients must wait at least 6 or more months before a revision, surgical rhinoplasty can be performed. Secondary surgical revisions can present a greater level of uncertainty when it comes to final results. Weakened cartilage and scar tissue can alter the nasal anatomy. This uncertainty is one of the reasons that I perform many nonsurgical rhinoplasties for patients with previous unsatisfactory results. Nonsurgical rhinoplasty after surgery is requested so often that we created a blog and video about it. Be sure to check that out, along with our photos in our nonsurgical rhinoplasty gallery. If you're considering nonsurgical or surgical rhinoplasty, please be sure to do your homeworks. Not all surgeons are the same. Rhinoplasty should be performed by a Specialist that has demonstrated results for this procedure. I hope this helps! www.yourfaceinourhands.com/blog/are-fillers-safe-after-rhinoplasty/

Hi Alicia, Do you know what filler was used for your non-surgical rhinoplasty? Some fillers are more hydrophilic and swell more. HI Chanyeols. There is no age limit. I have treated patients in their teens (you need parental consent if you under 18 years old) to patients in their 80s!
The cost for a Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty at my office is $1500 for your initial treatment. The procedure is then discounted to $875 for your maintenance treatments.
First time treatment lasts 6-12 months. I find that results last longer with each treatment, with some portion of the results lasting up to 2 years eventually. That being said, patients may want to have small touch ups annually to keep the nose looking it's best. Currently the only permanent FDA approved filler for the face is Bellafill. I find it too soft for sculpting the nose.

Hi Zara!
Yes, I would inject Restylane to the tip of your nose, creating a more defined tip.
Amazing results! What fillers do you use on nose and how long does it last
Hi Chikita Bonita.
I think some pictures are kinda edited and photoshopped, but great work!!
how long can the treatment take? will it be like after weeks or months you have to go back again for continuing treatment?

Hi Arthi, we only have a location in San Francisco, California. www.yourfaceinourhands.com/contact/
Hi doc,
Would you consider using Bellafill in this area for a more permanent result?
Thanks

My problem is similar to 1:39, just had my fillers but my hump only looks larger, not straight. I'm honestly disappointed but I hope it looks better or corrected soon. :(
라사 i have the same and want to get fillers in a month. How is your nose now? Did it make ur nose even look bigger? Cause thats what i am scared about
Wish i could do that because i hate my nose it's looking like the one that have in your thumbnail but the bump is not this big Apart from that i cant afford to it's expensive but do you know If there are some effective nose exercises that probably can make it straighter ?😞
Does it least forever??
Is this permanent? How often do we have to do this for the shape to hold?
Cindy, we like to use a hyaluronic acid filler called Restylane for non-surgical Rhinoplasty. It generally stays in your body for up to 12 months. We recommend a touch up appointment after the first treatment at 6 months. The results last longer with each injection as collagen production is stimulated and the nose is such a sensitive and important component of the nose we choose to use reversible fillers.
If you do not like the results or if there are any issues what-so-ever, you can dissolve the dermal filler to remove it.
We hope this is helpful.

Does it hurt and is there anyway it can go wrong?
Hi Blueberry,
We use lidocaine injections prior to treatment to numb the area we are treating.

What type of fillers do you use? Voluma, Radiesse or Bellafill?
HI Miguel! For the Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty I prefer Restylane, a temporary hyaluronic acid dermal filler. Restylane keeps it shape well and builds up nicely, making it great for bridge and tip build up. It also injects smoothly giving nice even results. Lastly, it is 100% reversible making it a very safe dermal filler to use.
Hello dr I m very impressed your treatment .I want to do this treatment if u come to Pakistan

how long does this last?
Hi Jordyn, Nonsurgical rhinoplasty using a hyaluronic acid filler such as Restylane can last up to 12 months or even longer with maintenance treatments at 6 months and follow-up appointments scheduled at approximately 9 to 12 months.
Restylane is a firm, thinner gel that enables the injector to sculpt and shape nasal skin more effectively than thicker fillers.

Beautiful and amazing work! How much does something like this cost??
Thank you! The cost for a Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty at my office is $1500 for your initial treatment. The procedure is then discounted to $875 for your maintenance treatments.
@@DavidMabrieMD and please is it permanent?
Lastly, it is not reversible, so if you do not like the results or if there are any issues what-so-ever, you cannot dissolve the permanent dermal filler to remove it.
I hope this is helpful.

How much does this cost to get done? Please respond!!
Thank you Dr.!
Hi Franco,
There are several advantages to opting for nonsurgical rhinoplasty versus traditional surgical methods: predictability of results, procedure time, ease of recovery, reversibility, and cost (to name a few).

My nose have a little bent is it possible to make it straight by fillers ?
Hi rinshad rinu, not having seen you in-person it is hard to tell if you are a good candidate for non-surgical rhinoplasty. Contouring the nose through the use of dermal fillers can be an excellent option for some patients.
Possible applications include:
- building the bridge (augmenting the dorsum)
- refining the results of nose surgery (filling in small defects)
- correcting asymmetry and concavities
- tip enhancement (adding dimension or improving the shape of a flat tip
- smoothing or straightening the nasal hump

Bro_i want straight nose_ can u do something r_ say some tips _plz
I have only one question, how 😐
Being Ak, nonsurgical rhinoplasty is done by using dermal fillers to contour the nose. Many individuals unhappy with their noses are pleasantly surprised by how much contouring physicians can do with the innovative and artistic use of fillers. No matter your age, gender, or ethnicity, fillers can make subtle changes that vastly improve the appearance of your nose without stripping it of its character.
We hope this is helpful.

how long does it last for anyone ?? dont we have permament result for it
First time treatment lasts 6-12 months.
