I absolutely love your channel, Jaspreet. I grew up dirt floor poor, and as such I learned a lot about how to save money. I always looked at things from a worst possible scenario type way and I needed funds in case the worst case scenario happens. Which always built in a strong reflex of how to budget and save, but you have really opened my eyes up to investing, and I truly appreciate your help. Things that I wasn't so sure of not too long ago. Now I am sure can and will happen with the guidance you give on this channel. I now know on some of the things I was on the right track with, but it really opened my eyes up a lot to things I wasn't taught. I came from a long line of folks that made and still do make horrible financial decisions, and I got precious little help from them in all things financial, but this channel has been a God send to me especially from the investment side of things, and I eagerly await videos every day. By saving millions in this manner, the company can maintain the employment of numerous American workers. These employees, in turn, will contribute to the local economy in various ways.

I am and have been retired since 41 (I am 53 now). I figured out that I did not need $1.8 million dollars saved up, before i retired, I needed whatever my lifestyle expenses will be, to come from investments on a monthly basis. Like I said, maybe they will listen to you 😂
I use to have second house, and tried to buy a 6 apartment complex two story but the 20% down payment and apprisal was in 2008. I m in late 60s and am trying to built backup. I could have been worth more

Its a myth, just be consistent every week and dollar cost average over the long term. What significant gains do you think youre gonna get by trying to maximize one specific day? Only to lose said gains the next day? Life is too grand to waste energy trying to do that.
One possible reason is most salary’s are paid on Friday ( I am assuming this) and 401k share goes to market on that day, this may increase stock price, you want to buy low right.
Let's say you chose a good place to buy real estate and at that period of time more and more people are coming in and settling down in that particular area. So, you have a strong underlying asset that you have invested in and there is a big population there as well. Also not to forget that you are getting your 7-8% cashflow. So, my question is that there is going to be a point when people will stop coming to that particular venue as there will be no more of space remaining and also people can leave due to various reasons. At that time what will you plan to do? Sell of the real estate and find a better place to move in or continue in that particular area despite ups and downs of property demands?

If you're young and working, invest for appreciation. Then, when you get older, use that money to buy assets that cash flow so you can quit your job.
