The bond between dragons and their riders is remarkable! Syrax is crying out in pain during Rhae’s labor. Back in ep 3 Caraxes feels daemons pain when he got shot with the arrow. Arrax is responding to Luke’s fear, and Vhagar is responding to Aemond’s anger.

Not necessarily, if you followed all the dragons & their riders from this series. Sure, time & time again we see that dragons are sensitive, have a bond with their rider & mourn the loss of their rider/master. Except for one, which is very sketchy. Laenor didn't die, his death was faked. Did the writers of the show cut his dragon in on the plot, to stay put? If dragons had a pattern of bond with their rider/master, you would have seen Laenor's dragon follow him to sea. Which of course would tarnish a big part of the show's story line. One way or the other, Laenor's dragon doesn't fit the same pattern as suggested by the show or as you pointed out. Would he be fake mourning Laenor's death? Not give a crap about him? Or followed him to sea, proving to everyone that they were gullible fools? Or for us to be gullible fools to believe in that plot line, full of holes!?

    • @piggyvkc
      @piggyvkc Год назад

@@Steve-eh4dbThe dragon wouldn't necessarily have followed him. The dragon calmly staying put could actually prove Laenor is alive. As it is, the dragon is just patiently waiting for Laenor to come home...as Laenor probably commanded him to do. (Because having a dragon following you around would kill the anonymity you were looking for!) Now, if he accepts a new rider with Laenor still alive, then you have a story hole.

@@piggyvkc You're funny by not evaluating the situation the other way around. In comparison, we have had at least 3 different dragons in GOT & in this show, wailing away that their riders have died or have had something close to them die. You're living in a vacuum, making excuses for poor writing, as if there are no people around, such as family members to witness that his dragon is not wailing away, as he should have, as we have learned that it is always the case in these shows. As noted here in the comment, "The bond between Dragon & their rider." The dragon doing nothing, but hanging around, as you suggest, should speak volumes to Laenor's family, most of which are dragon riders & have vast experience as to how dragons behave after the loss of their rider. One thing is for sure, they don't stay put & wait around, if their rider had supposedly died, the behavior as you suggest, should not go unnoticed.

Min 31:00 That dragon is Vermithor! He is one of those dragons that Daemond said are "unclaimed". Vermithor was previously ridden by King Jaehaerys Targaryen, who sat on the Iron Throne immediately before Rhaenyra's dad, so he isn't as unpredictable as a wild dragon, but he's still been riderless for about 25 years since the king died. Vermithor is around 100 years old. He's also the second largest dragon after Vhagar so If Daemon is able to mount Vermithor, it would prove an exceptional boost to the Blacks' chances in their war against the Greens. vermithor is also very close to Silverwing, a female dragon (another dragon Daemon said is unclaimed) , which was Queen Alysanne's dragon. It's said that they (Vermithor and Silverwing) nest together. So gaining the trust of one would help towards the other. Daemon is thinking with his long term brain. At that scene Daemon was actually singing a promise to vermithor that he would find him a new rider and he could roam the skies once more, the translation of the song : Fire breather / Winged leader / But two heads To a third sing. From my voice: The fires have spoken / And the price has been paid / With blood magic. With words of flame / With clear eyes / To bind the three / To you I sing. As one we gather / And with three heads / We shall fly as we were destined / Beautifully, freely.

The dragon locked within the Dragonmount is Vermithor, “The Bronze Fury”. It was the old king Jaehaerys’s dragon, and has been riderless since his death 30 years ago. Daemon knows the Valyrian lullaby Jaehaerys used to sing to Vermithor to calm him down, and is using it to try and get him used to human contact again. Rhaenyra saying to Daemon “he never told you” is cool for two reasons: Daemon was technically meant to be heir until Rhaenyra was born (and even after in some ways since women ruling doesn’t usually happen) so it’s a subtle jab but it’s also a confirmation for her that the successor was always meant to be her. That prophecy was only meant to be told to the true heir and by finding out Viserys never told daemon, it confirms he never saw daemon or anyone else as his true successor but Rhaenyra

    • @Alewaxon

It's not exactly a confirmation that she mas "meant" to be heir... One doesn't automatically make the other true... Viserys never having actually considered Daemon as a successor and not telling him about the "dream", doesn't meant that Rhaenyra was always meant to be heir... Viserys never told Daemon about the dream and never considered as heir because he was focused and overly sure that he would eventually have a male heir and that kid would be the heir, the one he was going to "pass the secret" to... So yes, Viserys never saw Daemon as heir, but it doesn't mean what you think it means for Rhaenyra; we all watched the first episode, Viserys was obsessed with having a male heir, that's why he never considered Daemon as next in line, it was always going to be his future son... When that didn't happen and Viserys relationship with Daemon deteriorated and broke, because of Daemon's comments, then he turned to Rhaenyra... But the reality is that if Daemon would've been smarter and more careful, he would've continued being the heir and if Viserys never had another boy with another women, Daemon would've ended up getting the information about Aegon's dream

So couple things regarding how things went down between Lucarys and Aemond.
Viserys & Daenerys said it best. From one we get this gem.
“The idea that we control the dragons is an illusion. They’re a power man never should have trifled with.”
And from the other we also have this one.
“A dragon is not a slave.”
There is honestly a lot that can be unpacked from how this scene played out, especially if you’re up to date on your dragon lore via the books and Game of Thrones tv series. But without giving you a novel of lore I will just say you’re right. Vaghar took matters into her own hands… as did Arax when he shot his shot at her eye. To put it simply, the lads were never in control of the dragons so they did not lose their control. The bond with their dragons is more akin to a partnership instead of master/slave or boss/employee and in the case of Arax and Vhagar they more or less decided to override their partners take/opinion/stance on the situation :/
For starters, a dragons first instinct is always to fight … not flight. Bringing a dragon to any conversation is not unlike bringing a loaded gun with a mind of their own. You just don’t do it unless you are absolutely certain the safety is on and that you can keep it on. You never have that certainty with a dragon. Not without having the bond and years of experience to back it up and even then-- it’s no guarantee.
Secondly-- in this situation arguably Arax swung first and Vhagar responded accordingly. But-- not before Aemond decided to f around and literally use her to strafe Lucarys and Arax multiple times and snap at them. You have to remember Arax is still a very young dragon, it’s why he’s so small, especially compared to Vhagar and her being a literal behemoth. You also have to keep in mind that being young means HE IS ALSO V INEXPERIENCED. This is likely the first time the young dragon has been in a combative situation and on a fear level terrified to the point where he broke away from his rider’s command to respond to the threat he felt.
I can speak similar for Vhagar. Putting her up against Arax is basically the same as pulling up a tank to a twig. Vhagar is an old lady babes. She wasn’t here to play Aemond’s game the second the young gun decided to actually try it. She wasn’t about to listen to anything Aemond said after that. Vhagar is also a G and a whole veteran of 2-3 wars I believe. Now compare that to lil Arax’s experience…. Yeah.
Then there’s the bond itself… Aemond has only had Vhagar 6 years. Neither he nor Lucarys are the most experienced riders or have had the time/experience needed to bond as deeply with their dragons as say Rhaenys and Melys who clearly has a lot more say in her partnership with her dragon then the boys have with their own.
You also gotta take the bond further into consideration when you think about how the lads were feeling during the scene. A dragons bond with their riders is magical, telepathic in a way, they can feel their rider’s pain and their emotions. If Aemond was angry, was having fun, and had truly malicious intent, so did Vhagar. And if Lucarys was as terrified as I imagine he was, Arax was as well.
Finally the size and the weather. Now normally Vhagar’s size would mean she’s maybe not slower once in air but certainly not nearly as agile as a dragon like Arax. In a normal situation Arax probably could have outmaneuvered Vhagar and escaped like he did ducking into that trench. The only problem was they were at/near Storm’s End. You saw what the weather is like and Arax is still a small young dragon. It likely took a lot for him just to keep himself and Lucarys in the air safely even before Vhagar started chasing them. The stormy skies and wind literally took what small advantage Arax might have had away where Vhagar is so big her wings could easily handle it.
In the end, no matter what Aemond MEANT to do here, he is at fault for this ‘accident’ given he brought Vhagar to ‘only scare’ his nephew. Dude effed around, and found out. I’m sure it’s a lesson he’ll remember till the end of his days given the consequences of it.

I actually thought Lucerys performed very well for a rather nervous 14-year-old. He didn't quail before the obnoxious and domineering Lord Borros; he kept his cool; his responses to Aemond's aggression and threats in Storm's End were proper/justifiable given his station. He did his best to reassure the frightened Arrax, given that Lucerys himself was alone and about to fly off in a bad storm with the largest known dragon, ridden by the uncle who threatened to mutilate him, was out there somewhere. And when that dragon-and-uncle attacked them aloft in the rain, Lucerys did not panic; he did his best to direct Arrax in maneuvers that would enable them both to survive (I would have been a screaming, tearful wreck). It's really not his fault that Arrax, still quite young and increasingly agitated by the attack and pursuit from a dragon five times his size, spat fire at the huge Vhagar in their defense.
It was the fault of Aemond, not Vhagar and not Lucerys or Arrax. Saying that 'control of our dragons is an illusion' is such a cop-out. The dragons didn't go burn alive a few thousand men on the Field of Fire just because they thought that fried humans would make for good eating and there no sheep available anywhere; they did it because Aegon the Conqueror and his sisters directed them to do so. Ditto Aegon directing Balerion to burn Harrenhal and the people inside it by dive-bombing the castle. And Vhagar herself didn't seek out the child Aemond as a companion; he found her and claimed her, impressing and bonding with her with the force of his personality.
Dragons are not slaves; but they're not as smart as humans, at least they have not yet demonstrated as high a level of intelligence. They are less tractable than dogs; but perhaps more capable of quasi-mystical, empathic bonds with their riders. Aemond, who seems to be an intelligent young man, should be aware of the degree to which Vhagar picks up and reacts to his emotions, and should have known the dangerous game he began that night. Unless, as I believe, Aemond reallly did want to hurt or kill Lucerys, at least on a subconscious level and possibly on a conscious level as well, as in thoughts such as 'I want to kill him, even though I shouldn't'/'I'm going to make the bastard pay'...

@@gailf1617 my guy I never said that Lucerys didn’t do well with the situation as it played out or that at the end of it all ultimately Aemond is at fault for bringing Vaghar, a literal veteran of multiple wars to PLAY GAMES with his nephew only to find out that if you play stupid games with weapons of war the prizes you win aren’t only stupid but horrifying.
Now as for the dragons… We get a line in game of thrones from Tyrion contradicting them not being as smart as humans. And as for the idea that their bonded riders have control over them-- there are multiple examples in both the show and books with Daenerys & Drogon that showcase now matter how deep the bond it is just that, a bond-- not absolute control or obedience.
I never once said Aemond was not who was ultimately at fault for what happened. Vaghar may have been who murdered Luce and Arax but in the end had Aemond not used her to chase them-- the chain of events that put Vaghar in a position to do so wouldn’t have happened.

First of all, I just want to tell you how much I truly adore you. Your reactions are so genuine and heartfelt. You are such a strong woman who radiates the Feminine, and I recognize you as soul family. I’m so glad I came across your channel ❤
    Now…regarding Daemon:
The first time I watched that scene I got immediately defensive, mama-bear style. But as I contemplated on the scene and the story as a whole, it is very in line with Daemon’s character in my opinion. Again, like you said, I’m in no way defending his actions; I think we all are aware that domestic violence is a no-no. But from a writing and storytelling standpoint, it makes sense. Daemon has always been portrayed as someone who deeply loves his family, but also as someone with a short fuse and a big ego, who will not hesitate to resort to violence. Having just lost his brother, whom he believes was murdered, and his unborn child with Rhaenyra, he’s experiencing a tremendous amount of grief. His inability to grieve properly causes him to lash out, in attempt to quell that loss he feels. It’s an unhealthy coping mechanism for sure, but it’s one he has been shown to utilize previously. So yeah, it’s very in line with his character.
Once Daemon gets his mind set on something, he gets tunnel-vision. His brother is now dead, believed by Daemon to have been murder, and his wife, now rightful ruler of the realm, is simply trying to pacify the situation while Daemon sees the Greens actions as already declaring war. And I absolutely agree with that; high treason to this extent is clearly an act of war. Daemon’s rage and hate and grief are clouding his judgement, which is already biased towards hostility and aggression. It’s part of who he is. An unbalanced display of the Masculine with no tempering by the Feminine will lead to carnage, and Rhaenyra seems to understand that. The Masculine and Feminine are two sides of the same coin and neither can function efficiently when they’re imbalanced. Without the Masculine, the Feminine loses touch with the physical world in a sense.
And when I say Masculine and Feminine, I’m referring to the archetypes of the Divine Masculine and Divine Feminine, not men and women. Every person has both forces within them. Life is a beautiful dance of duality. And that’s partly why I appreciate and enjoy this show so much; it illustrates this concept beautifully in my opinion.

He is very interesting and charismatic (thanks to Matt Smith no doubt). He can be right at times as much as he can be wrong. And he can do some good things. But he is at best an anti-hero with a very dark side. We saw that all throughout the season. The way he used the City Watch to butcher "criminals" in the street. The fact that he killed his first wife. The way he beat a messenger bloody in the Step Stones because he didn't like what the message said. And the fact that he would challenge his queen's commands in front of everyone at court (something that the pseudo-fandom hated when Sansa did it to Jon... perhaps a bit of misogyny there), shows that Daemon is a loose cannon who cares not who he offends. Even though Aemond clearly didn't intend to go as far as purposefully kill Luke, I still think it's fair to say that Aemond killed Luke.
Vhagar was close to killing Luke and Arrax multiple times before Aemond lost control of Vhagar, and even with all these close-calls, he never backed off. What did he think would happen? When would it have been enough?
Aemond has every right to be upset that he was permanently maimed, but Luke was eight when it happened, and he thought Aemond was going to kill Jace. Aemond doesn't need to "let it go" I think, but demanding an eye in return is completely unreasonable, and wouldn't be just.

It might have upset Daemon but I feel like people are focusing too much on the reveal of the prophecy. Viserys is the reason they are in this situation in the first place because of his passivity. Daemon had to go to war because his brother would not. And now he hears his wife/queen/niece take the same passive stance, hiding behind excuses. Daemon gave her a taste of what could happen because he needed her to understand how real their situation is.

I fully understand why you would lose respect for Daemon over the choking. And I am certainly not going to try to make any excuses or justify anything about it. I do like to point out that Rhaenyra didn’t seem to get very upset about it. She was more surprised over the fact that her father had never shared the prophecy with Daemon. And I think you are totally spot on when you said that this proved that Viserys never thought of Daemon as his heir. I think that is totally the rationale for why he freaked out like that. And the dragon that he was singing to was Vermithor, last ridden by his grandfather King Jaehaerys. He is the second largest dragon at this time. I think that Rhaenys held off, kneeling to Rhaenyra at her crowning because she was waiting to meet with her husband and determine how they were going to proceed as House Velaryon. But she was definitely impressed by her at that time, as demonstrated in her conversation with Corlys.

The translation has been confirmed thanks to the language's creator, David J. Peterson (via Archive Of Our Own).
In it, it is revealed that the name of the song Daemon sings to Vermithor is "With Three Heads". Check the English translation:
    Fire breathes, winged leader
    but two heads
    For a third to sing
    From my voice:
    The fires spoke
And the price has been paid
    with blood magic
    With words of fire
    with clear eyes
    To tie the three
    for you i sing
    As one we come together
    And with three heads
We'll fly like we were meant to
    beautifully, freely
In the book Aemond he kills Luke and because he wanted not to and as he is showing in the series that he is sorry, the name of Rhaenyra's baby would be a girl and her name would be visenya
In the book Aemond he kills Luke because he wants to and when he gets home he celebrates and Aegon and alicent they celebrate luke's death different from the series they put it as an accident that the Two lost control of the dragons in the book there is no such thing as losing control of the dragons they spoiled everything in the series but anyway Aemond killed Luke he could have prevented it It was just him not following Luke but that asshole Aemond went after the kid now he's going to bear all the consequences now l' m wondering how they are they going to do this in the series because in the book the greens are all happy with luke's death for alicent, aegon and even aemond so i'm wondering how they are going to do it in the series because the writers put it as if it was an accident and that aemond didn't wanted to kill Luke unlike the book where he kills Luke because he wants to, I didn't like that much they did it just to make people feel sorry for the greens in my opinion, In the book Aemond kills Luke because he wanted to kill Luke different from the series that showed that it was an "Accident" but depending on how Aemond was and blamed for Luke's death he could have avoided it An example was just he didn 't follow Luke then he wouldn't kill Luke anymore like Aemond is a donkey, imbecile is an idiot he did shit and now the greens will pay for everything they did
Rhaenyra wasn't dreaming of a dragon giving birth. Her own dragon, Syrax, was screaming in pain at her because they are so bonded. If you notice during the Battle of the Stepstones, Caraxes screams when Daemon is hit by an arrow. this shows how Rhaenyra and Daemon have a great connection with their dragons. Rhaenyra's anger burns the whole transition was so well done, her anger is completely justified compared to how they made Daenarys
Daemon as crazy as it gets, he loved his brother. From the scene where he stopped Corlis talking shit about Viserys in ep 1, helping on the throne to mourning on the beach. I don't think Daemon wanted to show weakness because Rhaenyra was at her most vulnerable and it wasn't easy.. (His last wife died in childbirth, and I believe it is also said that his mother died in childbirth and the wife of Viserys died in childbirth.) So the only thing he could do was prepare for the war he knew was coming. The scene on the beach was much longer of him on the beach Matt the actor he shot a scene on the beach the daemon suffering from the death of his baby who was a girl and her name was the series visenya but HBO preferred to remove this scene the daemon he is not no saint anymore he loves his family he loves his children and really rhaenyra just unfortunately the writers prefer not to show that side of him much, i think the reason daemon didnt go to rhaenyra when she was giving birth is because he feared having to make an impossible choice. The last woman he had complications with died. He didn't want to have to make that choice for Rhaenyra. He couldn't lose her that way. When he dropped to his knees, he was relieved that she was okay and had survived. Rhaenyra didn't want help during the birth because of her mother's death. She wanted to get that baby out so she wouldn't suffer the same fate. This series/book is awesome...
Matt Smith said that Daemon would give his life for Viserys and Rhaenyra. I fully believe he was heartbroken to see his brother in that condition. we books Alicent she hates Rhaenyra she was always jealous of Rhaenyra so much that I wish rhaenyra's death no and as in the series it shows that alicent is like that and because we books she does things because she because she is a bad person
Let's see the losses Rhaenyra lost mother and father and daughter and son and Daemon lost father and mother in childbirth and also lost his wife who is Laena and son and now he lost brother and daughter and two other children They are suffering, but each one of their own ways, the daemon starts preparing for war because he knows Otto very well and he is afraid of losing his family One thing I say is that the two really love each other rhaenyra she can't survive without the daemon They are the best couple like it or not they are everyone's popular Daemyra forever
Emma Darcy who plays Rhaenyra she says that the daemon never laid a hand on Rhaenyra that this was the first time that Rhaenyra her character didn't care much because she knows that the daemon did that and Because he's angry and he's letting his emotion out and she also says which character of hers cares the most about what she just found out that the daemon doesn't know about prophecy because Rhaenyra I thought the daemon knew because he was heir to viserys for 10 years that's why she put a smile on the side of her mouth because she just found out that her father always chose her and Rhaenyra had her doubts if her father wanted her as heir remembers episode 2 when Rhaenyra talks to Alicent poise now after years he got her answer The daemon must be sad because it's his brother and he just found out that he was never chosen and that brother never trusted him enough to tell him and that's more heartbreaking A script for the first season came out that HBO thought of putting in the story a scene that the viserys was thinking of telling the daemon then he starts talking to the daemon but then gives up only that they They didn't put this scene unfortunately
I think the biggest reason people didn't like the scene of Daemon smothering Rhaenyra is because he's supposed to be a bad guy to the greens, but the protector of his family. Daemon isn't a saint, but he's definitely not a villain. He does a lot of bad things, but he's a gray character, and loving his family and protecting them is one of his redeeming qualities and some writers are trying to take that away from him.
There are two teams, the Green Team that belongs to Alicent and the Black Team that belongs to Rhaenyra, I hope to see Rhaenyra with fire in her eyes in the second season, The Greens will pay for everything they did

Him saying it was Aegon who started the bastard rumors shows that he understands his mother isn't safe of repercutions, no matter if she's the queen. With Aemond everything is about his mother, kinda. But lots of Targaryens got a dragon without losing an eye, so asking him to stand by those words is bs. It was unfair and no one did anything to repair the situation (between taking Luke's eye and doing nothing, there's a full spectrum of possibilities and potential punishments, yet Nyra and Viserys, the main responsible adults with authority over Luke (not counting useless Laenor or Alicent) did nothing.

Deamon does Deamon things. Nothing Rhaenyra doesn't know. Deamon's freak out made her proud. She knew what Deamon didn't. And Deamon was disappointed, sad and angry. This was not a threat against Raehnyra.
Raehnys doesn't kneel because she can't do it without consulting her husband. When he is present, he is still the one who makes the decisions.
The stillbirth in connection with the dragon can have two purposes. It either shows the real attachment to her dragon and shows that she is a true dragon or it is related to the prophecy and Rhaenyra is punished. According to the prophecy, the only reason dragons exist and be ridden by Targeryens is to fulfill the prophecy. At least that's how it can be interpreted. The wrong woman has learned of the prophecy and now the false king is sitting on the throne. This goes against the prophecy. This is thus broken. The Targeryens are punished. This continues later when the dragons do not listen to their riders and Raehnyra's son dies.
Furthermore, dragons feel their owners. This can also be seen in stillbirth. That's exactly how the dragons of Aemond and Strong feel at the end. Both are angry, fearful, uncontrolled, and so are their dragons. Consequence they go crazy.
And as has already been said, dragons are not suitable for wars. They have no experience with this and certainly not to fight against each other. That they then become uncontrollable under stress and do not understand why they attack each other now.
As Viserys said at the beginning, it is a mistake to believe Targeryens control dragons.

The daemon put his hand on Rhaenyra was it because of the prophecy because viserys didn't tell him (this doesn't exist in the books the Writers vented in the series) I understand the fight we both have because they don't talk like that on the same page, make the daemon put his hand on Rhaenyra, I think that was over the top, it wasn't necessary and the moment the daemon lets go of rhaenyra, you can see in the eyes of the daemon and Rhaenyra that they are both suffering and Rhaenyra says she never told you that and she smirks because she's realizing that the viserys chose her as heir to the throne because viserys didn't tell the daemon and Rhaenyra thought viserys had told him because the daemon had 10 years as heir and Viserys and after those 10 years, viserys never told him so he keeps imagining in the daemon's head how my brother who i loved so much never trusted me right now the daemon must be very hurt because daemon always wanted to show his worth to viserys and he loves his brother the daemon and a person who he has a hot head, he is proud, but he also has feelings, but sometimes he ends up expressing it wrong, then the daemon loses another child because he already lost one, then he discovers that his brother died Then later he discovers that his brother never trusted him and that it hurts his heart and daemon is feeling all of this but he ends up putting everyone else these feelings in rhaenyra who is not to blame it's the moment he lets go she sees his eyes of sadness and before he leaves if you notice he looks down he looks at her belly Then he remembers the daughter they lost, Daemon didn't stay with Rhaenyra because he didn't want to make the same choice he made with Laena the daemon has truama in fact the daemon always had for those who don't know the daemon's mother died in childbirth so the daemon already has a trauma because he never wanted to have children, so the daemon didn't want to be with Rhaenyra so he wouldn't make the same choice there when Rhaenyra loses the child Rhaenyra Stays with the daughter since the daemon goes to the beach to suffer there that reminded me in the first episode of the throne scene there is a daemon and viserys is the daemon tells viserys that each person suffers in a different way, and it reminds me of the scene the two are suffering each alone but rhaenyra and daemon are grieving for their daughter unfortunately we didn't see much of the other side of the daemon this season because the writers and HBO preferred not to show in my opinion the most wronged is Matt Smith Mano he made several scenes of the daemon showing the sentimental side of the daemon him hugging his daughters is him on the beach grieving for the death of his daughter with Rhaenyra and he spends hours and hours on the floor grieving for visenya's death and we simply received in this episode just a quick scene of him grieving for his daughter in the book it says a lot that the daemon is a great father and that he loved his two Wives Laena and Rhaenyra unlike the series which showed very little and I think it's really sad because they're not showing the real daemon Of course he's hot headed and he's crazy but man he loves his family he would never hurt his family until the actor himself says that the daemon would give his life for Viserys is Rhaenyra and very sad what they are doing to this character.
The scene at the end was matt's idea he had an idea that who should break the news of luke's death should be the daemon there the writers and emma give up the idea there they did, if you notice it at the time of the scene when daemon enters in the room rhaenyra's attention goes all to the daemon because she knows that something has happened and on the way the daemon is approaching rhaenyra you notice that he puts a hand on his face indicating that he cried there when he got closer to rhaenyra he didn 't even be able to look us in her eyes
Poor Rhaenyra lost a father and she didn't even go to his wake because Alicent hid viserys's death and so rhaenyra couldn't even say goodbye to viserys and she lost two sons Luke is Visenya in the book rhaenyra she blames the Greens for her baby's death and somehow she's right because Rhaenyra was fine But then he received the news all at once, he received the news that his father died and that his own brother stole his throne. This was all very emotional for her, especially Because she is pregnant so yes the greens were to blame for her daughter's death she would be the first child Rhaenyra is to have with Daemon
7:24 Daemon thinks that viserys was murdered because the greens made Aegon king right away and saved all the people in prison, not to mention that viserys is dead and this is all suspect, so of course Daemon or anyone else will think that viserys was murdered because the greens hid the death of viserys and they quickly put Aegon on the throne and when that nobody says Nothing to Rhaenyra so it's very suspicious so I understand Daemon's side of he's upset and angry is that now he wants revenge is we can't forget that Daemon and Rhaenyra are in Mourning but I also understand Rhaenyra's side of not wanting to go to war, what She was doing is right, a king has to keep the peace and Rhaenyra was trying everything not to go to the war and not having blood But now it's too late now it's war Rhaenyra has lost many things and now she has to fight for her Throne and for the lives of her children
9:17 what Rhaenyra said in that scene to me doesn't make sense she said that Daemon is crazy and that he's fighting his own war if you remember right in episode 7 Rhaenyra tells Daemon that she needs him and that she couldn't do this alone , so she's asking him for help, here comes this scene where Rhaenyra says Daemon is waging his own war for me It doesn't make sense, Daemon is protecting his family, he's doing what she asked him to do in episode 7, I think it was a Script Hole because it doesn't make sense in my opinion
14:27 This scene with Rhaenyra was very beautiful, you realize that it was very different from Aegon, the two scenes are different, the music in both scenes are very good, no one can deny that, in the scene with Aegon, no one gets on their knees for him, in the scene with Rhaenyra everyone they get on their knees because she is the true heir to the Iron Throne, and I also noticed the reference in episode 8 when the crown of viserys fell and it was Daemon who placed the crown on viserys and now it is Daemon putting the crown on his wife his Queen
18:58 It makes reference to Episode 2, the difference between the two scenes and that in Episode 2 Rhaenyra was on Otto's side, It is now in this scene that Rhaenyra is on Daemon's side
20:47 Refers to Episode 1 when Rhaenyra rips a piece out of the Book and gives it to Alicent
My favorite characters I have many more My Favorite Characters first is second is Rhaenyra is Daemon,What are your Favorite Characters?

44:27 idk they're husband and wife with similar personalities. Rheanyra wasn't offended so why should we? I'm not saying it's okay but this is Rheanyra we're talking about. If she ever felt Deamon was abusive towards her she would've murdered him a long time ago. I trust her judgement.

He wasn't there when Corlys arrived because she WAS offended. And she is a sovereign, making choking her a capital offense, death penalty. What would Robert Baratheon or Stannis have done?

@@stevencolatrella3257 Literally the first thing she said was "you didn't know". Does that sound like someone who is bothered by Daemon being overly aggressive? Daemon wasn't there when Corlys arrived because she sent him to tame a riderless Dragon.
