She didn't answer a question directly, and when asked about the most important issue to Americans who've been badly damaged by her and Joe's poor economic policies, on which Donald Trump has a huge lead over her, she started with the most selfish statement, "I grew up a middle class kid." So the F what? That doesn't make her relatable, because everyone knows that she grew up in Berkeley and Montreal and went to private school, so she had no business making a fake answer like that. Besides, there's nothing that was even remotely connected to what she'd do to help people suffering under the economic woes she created. She has proposed a $50,000 tax credit for small businesses. Whoopie! But you have to spend the $50K to get the credit! Who has that kind of money laying around? She's the worst Vice President in history, and the worst Presidential candidate since, well, Joe Biden. At least Joe ran on reaching across the aisle, which many of us thought he'd do because he was a get-along old pol. Then he got in office and was run by the progressives, and he never worked with Republicans on just about anything. I hate that Trump keeps saying, "we're a nation in decline," but it's hard to argue that we're a nation in deep s**t right now, and neither one of those two clowns on stage has anything to offer. But at least on the world stage, he'll be way better than her. Domestically, things will get better regardless of who gets elected, but if we keep losing power and influence internationally, which has been happening since 2020, there's gonna be hell to pay.

How do I relate to my American friends and relatives? Trump is the antithesis of my values. I believe in the sanctity of the secret ballot so with nearly half of the voting population in the USA voting for Trump I have trouble trusting the judgement of the American people and wonder about my friends values. We the people NEVER wanted Trump for president!! He not only lost to Joe Biden but Hilary Clinton had something like 2.9 MILLION more votes than Trump. We the people did not vote him in office, the electoral college did!!

Before the debate my husband was complaining about how these debates are useless especially with Trump and he really doesn't want to watch this, etc. s soon as she came out and forced him to shake hands and deliberately pronounced her name I know he was toast. During the debate hubby came alive and was actually cheering when she got him! Especially when she said the people she spoke to from the military said he is a disgrace. He almost jumped out of the chair! trump's Joker smile was hilarious! She really twisted the knife! The moderators were great! Fact checking and going back at him. However MSNBC said he got 39 minutes and she got I think it was 26 minutes. We noticed he got more time with Biden also. But I wonder if the moderators were allowing him more time to melt down on purpose.
