As a French Canadian, i can say that your french is on point GameEdged (yes, "Courant" does means electricity, and I had the same reaction as you; that was a gas stove)
Looked like you could do something to the sink. You briefly looked at it and something popped up. After stopping it at the right time it looks like you need 10 scrap for it.

that was a creepy, smiling bust. LOL It's even funnier that GE threw it down the elevator shaft and it unstuck the elevator. LOL How big is this mansion? it just keeps on going with no end. That wasn't the attic? That very small room was the attic? So, where is the son and who is Cynthia? So, he's standing there playing in the cold soup over a gas stove while wishing for electricity. ok He could have just made a fire outside and cooked the soup.

You might want to read the books left for clues and story line. I read the book by that dead lady. And it mentioned graffiti in the garage. Maybe that is the graffiti murderer clue.

That forest demon thing is by the parachute care package on the Small Island at the very start of Leech Lake, when you get back into the boat and head North, look back at the Island and you'll see him. He'll start walking away when you try to go back.

51:50 when you get to this spot after visiting that Island & Collecting the Care Package next to the Parachute; the forest demon thing is standing there on the black rock watching you.
I forgot to say that I love the Quebec accent so much! And your French is really good GE (I speak it fluently)
