Video continues without sound and after one or two seconds voice comes then go then comes then go. How can I resolve this issue ive tried everything resetting restarting. I am having this issue onky with my phone. If i connect my earbuds to some other phone Android or ios they work smoothly. Can someone please help me why am I facing this issue?

Really disappoined, bought this coz you said the ANC is soo good that you can't even hear your own voice BUT its totally opposite... it just removes tiny sounds...
