Click where her small arrow on the “DIY ……. “ , look at the screen display . When you click, it takes you to her regular video and the entire tutorial video on how to cut with measurements and regular video of ALL her steps to create this. Whenever she puts up a short video , that’s where she gives you the FULL video to create the bag.
You can also check out her channel on RUclips and see the videos she posted under “ videos” …. Do not select “ shorts “ ….those are short videos.
Hope that helps you understand how RUclipsrs are posting their videos. She is not the only one using this methodology.
