I don't think this will happen, but if I had one chance to suggest something to be added into Classic Sonic Simulator, it would be custom bosses.
Here's what I'm thinking.
The custom boss menu will have its own menu and can be accessed at any point. In this menu, you have access to parts from almost every boss from Sonic 1, 2, 3&K and CD. You can also combine these parts in any way you'd like. You're only able to use up to 8 parts at once per boss. This is to prevent broken, overpowered, gigantic and/or unbeatable boss fights. To make things easier, the game will tell you where they'd recommend putting each part.
Since Dr. Robotnik is a playable character in this game, I have decided to make the boss piloted by his robotic counterpart seen the Knuckles route in Sonic 3 & Knuckles.
Each boss can also have custom move patterns, customizable color pattern, up to 3 phases and be defeated after 4 to 20 hits per phase.
I doubt neither Darby nor the creator of Classic Sonic Simulator would read this comment, but if they do, I hope they take some time to think about this idea I spontaneously came up with.

I liked how many rings you put with a fair amount of danger. Then you still proved Sonic could get taken out, really nice job putting it all together to create a fun looking balanced level. Sorry I missed your bday stream, happy belated birthday to you and Morgan. Thanks for the cool video.

This was cool. I am so glad to see all these awesome Sonic game poppin' up. Its great how creative the levels are. It shows the people have let Sonic down with games and ideas. As Mario was steaming ahead with all the great games and Mario maker, the Sonic team just seemed to lack ideas and creativity I loved the level you created, keep up the awesome work.
I made Classic Sonic Simulator levels too, I had Ruby Ruins Zone (1 & 2) and Bridge Zone from Sonic 1 on the Master System! I love you videos!

I absolutely love CSS and the stuff you can do to mess with it. The physics recreate the originals really well, and the custom abilities add variety to the characters
Also as Eggman, the enemies themselves don't hurt you, but their attacks will hit you if you don't have the right shield, so be careful

and a tip, in the gear icon in the level creator, you can select if you want a time limit, which act number, and what sounds you want to play during specific events, like ending the level or getting invincibility.

Here's a tip for level making there is a menu where you can add a green blue or red tint to sonic items the background and other thing
