! LIGHTS are Easy. Front Light for evening/Night Riding Needs to be at least 200 lumen rated on Low setting. Anything Less than 200 lumens would just allow you to be seen by other Traffic rather than you seeing on the road. An Average of 400-800 Lumens is good for a Front light and the tail light can be 5 lumens or larger.
The ozark trail pedals are great. They are on my g.1 gravel bike. And the double tail light works well also. Brighter than you would think. I bought a 1500 lumin light for $40 on Amazon. Haven't went on a night ride yet but that sucker is like turning on the sun!!
The Bell Lynk helmet at $35 is a bargain for a Mips helmet. Last I checked the Virginia Tech testing site hadn't rated this model yet but any Mips > no Mips.
What's crazy about the Blackburn 29in mtn bike tires is. They're too big to fit a 29in rim....I called Blackburn trying to explain the factory defect & they kept treating me. Like I was wrong & didn't know WTF I was talking about. So I sent pictures of the Blackburn tires claiming to be 622mm ID. Then I showed them pics of a Kenda 622mm & Kylin Brand 622mm that fit just fine. But the Blackburn labeled 622mm ID was more like a 630mm way too big. Even when I showed them pics they were in denial. I tried to explain to them. That I was trying to help them but they just blew me off. The Blackburns didn't have a steel wire bead in them. Like the Kenda & Kylin but still should have fit. Because the 24in & 26in Blackburns don't either but they fit a 24in & 26in rim just fine. I'm out $50 because Walmart wouldn't refund them after the 90 days. I took my rims & the tires to a local bike shop. Coz the D bag owner on the phone was claiming. That I just didn't know how to properly install them. He tried & failed, then in D bag fashion tried to claim that my wheel / rim was the problem. Saying it wasn't an actual 29in wheel. I explained 2 other 29in 622mm tire brands (kenda & Kylin) fit just fine. He still kept insisting that the Blackburn tires weren't too big & nothing was wrong with them. For some odd reason, the guy was very odd. I'd never want to buy a bike from him & have to deal with him.
@KevCentral Just Google Blackburn 29in bike tire....It's the knobby tire in a brown & red cardboard container 29x2.10 54 -622 INNOVA IA-2569-01 ....It's painfully obvious where they screwed up. Is the sidewall isn't tall enough so it's not a 622mm ID . They needed to make the sidewall longer/wider.. I even tried leaving it in direct 90F hot summer sun ☀ for hours on both side. Then I dipped it into cold water. Hoping it would it would cause the nylon/rubber to shrink up...I tried 3 different tires & none were a true 622mm Inside Diameter tire.
@KevCentral Yup, that's the one...The Kenda 29in 622mm & Kylin Brand & any other proper made 622mm 29x2.10 29x2.225 etc...tires will fit. The bike shop owner tried his hardest to prove me wrong. Because he said he's never seen a defective bike tire that won't fit. The wheels/rims were common size from a cheap, Mongoose Exhibit Walmart bike..They weren't any type of exotic rim or narrower 700c rim.

It’s nice to see the budget conscious cyclist being catered to for a change 🥰
17:31 Is a great deal for $12 most places want $12 just for the under seat storage bag.....I might pick one up.
I have always loved Niterider lights

Interesting. Do you have the model or item number of the exact tire? I’d like to try it out and see what my experience is
