There was a Police Sting where there were some people working for the division of driver's licenses that were busted for selling passing tests for driver licenses in Hialeah, Florida. This was about 10-15 years ago. We have no idea how many people got licenses this way but living here my whole life is say it was going on for a very very long time. South Florida has all of the worst drivers from the whole world living and driving cars here. With and without a license.

@@JesseTheG_ Agreed it all depends on the situation. It just seems that when someone is in the right lane merging into your lane and they are about .5 car length's ahead of you that the general consensus is apparently to speed up and NOT let them merge thus causing a potential car accident.
Obviously they shouldn't be merging but there is no reason for you to speed up and prevent them from merging when you could just slow down and avoid them OTHER THAN your own ego. Congrats, you won the fight. Now pat yourself on the back...
As said, all depends on the situation because I believe that a majority of accidents can be avoided by just expecting the unexpected and not giving into your own ego and road rage. We all just want to get home.

For the record, the clip at 4:40 is, as some people might have guessed from the dude talking, in the Netherlands and happened during a very violent storm. I saw a video clip of a guy whos rear end was stuck over the edge of a ledge that did like a 10 point turn, and ended up getting out of it. His back wheels were literally hanging of the edge of the ledge... and he only had about 2-3 inches of movement, but the rear wheels were still on the ledge just enough to give him enough grip to continue backing up and pulling forward. That guy wasn't an idiot either, it takes skill and a fair bit of nerve to pull something like that off successfully. Said precipice wasn't high up enough to where he would have died if he fell, but he wouldn't have been driving that car anymore. My point is, sometimes the people in these clips aren't idiots. And on the flip side, sometimes the people you're watching and think they're the idiot turns out to NOT be the idiot and it's someone else entirely. You've got to take right of way and the rules of the road into consideration. These videos are odd to watch sometimes.

The truck behind the lead proceeds to go into the next lane to "pass" the other one, they begin to block traffic and can cause potential accidents. such drivers should be put in prison for minimum of 5 years and take license away for minimum of 100 years, let them think about what they're doing. The truck not letting the woman pass... As a trucker myself, the only reason I'd ever even consider this is if my brakes were failing and I was going down a hill. Might be the case that he didn't want to slam into the back of you and kill you. Though in that situation I'd have my flashers on and I'd be riding both Lanes, not swerving between them. Just a thought. I have to assume the guy had a reason. As a trucker, I do a lot of things that don't make sense to others. But now when I drive, and I see trucks doing odd things, I usually know why and let them be. How many times have I been cursed out for taking the other lane (or two if I'm downtown somewhere) to make a right hander, or had to force my way over to prevent an accident at a merge area. Or had to crawl over a crest at 35 in a 70 because there's an 8% grade for 6 miles, and I'm at 77k lbs. My point is that it's best to just give a truck space when they're doin something and you have no idea why. He could have just been a dick. But even if that were true, do you really want to find out how far that kind of crazy goes? And if it IS the case that his brakes failed, you could end up getting driven through, or even end up causing him to swerve off and die, or kill someone else. You never know. These vehicles aren't as capable as they seem. You have to think, your car weighs around 2500lbs - 5000lbs. The truck with no trailer weighs around 25k lbs. The transmissions are slow, and the margin for error is much tighter. There are times when the vehicle is on the edge of performance, just twisting down a small stretch of highway in the hills (it shouldn't be, but how many trucks do you see take 55mph corners at 70? My last job was even telling me I was "driving too slow"). I'm not saying this dude was in the right or wrong, but if you ever see a truck do this, pleas keep a col head, back off, and if necessary call the police. NEVER try to hurry passed, and definitely don't pass a truck in any situation and then slow down and cruise in front of it. PSA/rant over lol.

1:09. Call the police and report him for wreckless driving and DRUNK driving... because he's all over the place. Even though he's probably not drunk, he's doing this on purpose. You call in a drunk driver, they typically TRY to respond quickly. You're right too, he's going to kill someone doing that shht.
1:24. This one cracked me up. The cammer brakes and does a good job defensive driving... doesn't say a word. But when he's passing them he just explodes!! WHAT THE F*&K!!!!! LOL.
3:54. Way to control your vehicle cammer. Damn that was some good driving. Hope YOU were ok.
7:43. LOL. Is that the uber trailer for car rides?

Being "wreckless" means not having any wrecks. This is a good thing. Perhaps you mean "reckless"?
The car driver seems more than a bit reckless herself. Why is she so incredibly fixated on passing?
Looks like hilly terrain, the trucker might be worried letting her pass could turn her into an obstacle when he/she needs to gsther momentum for the next uphill section. If the truck is closing back in her and another car is passing, the trucker will have to brake and possibly not make it up the next uphill due to lost momentum. Or the trucker might just be a jerk. Can't really tell.

@@MGower4465 Thanks, I'm aware of the difference. CLEARLY, I meant reckless given the context of the comment.

@@2009dudeman I think he's trying to get out but having to inch his way back in and start over because of how close they've gotten, I don't see how he could've gotten that deep in there with the space he has even if he was willing to hit them like that every single time.
