Is it only for lighting ability (including skills from the academy) or are there any other talents/skills that get benefited from FTG? ( I heard that magnetic sand gets enhanced from this 20%) thanks for your reply.

i think it only boosts lightning skill academy
Well if you have s32 meta is totally unnecessary.
medical class looks more optimal here with water because having 35% purify already there plus having water is optimal here
Since theres alot ftg user the heal rarely used, i tried that before
