Thank you! And you are definitely right about that with an empty trailer and the snow/icy roads! I’m constantly making sure that thing doesn’t wanna come around on me if I do have to hit the brakes 🙄
Great job driving in that horrible weather! Teddy sure is a wonderful companion for you on those long road trips. He has the most beautiful eyes. Safe travels! Kevin
Living in Australia we never see snow like this on the roads so watching the drive back to the yard was very interesting and relaxing at the same time. That is one nice motor to check out. Teddy is awesome. Glad you made it back safely.🇦🇺👍
Hi LaFonda- Please drive safe and I did think of you on the weekend of the 4th or 5th. You might want to put a jacket on Teddy. He is so sweet. Be careful :D
Awe thank you 😊 I do have a couple jackets for Teddy but whenever I put it on him he refuses to go potty 😣 I have also tried the booties for his feet but then he refuses to even move. He’s a little stinker alright 🙂↔️
When I'm out on the road, I always wonder if I'd run into Truckers I'm subscribed to. I found it cool that you were literally about a half hour from me; stuck in the snow storm in Maryland. I've run into a few of my subscribers which was pretty cool. Felt good being able to actually see and interact with my supporters. Keep Truckin Driver and you and Teddy be safe. 🫶🏾
Another great video. I remember what you said about truck stop food. I would blame it on Teddy too, that's what I do. Almost 3100 subscribers, awesome. They sure sound like wonderful people as I read all their comments.
I am very lucky to have such a great group of subscribers! 😊 I am in awe of the amazing comments I am getting from these wonderful people! It sure makes me happy 🥰 And it WAS Teddy this time 🤣🤣🤣 if it was me I for sure would not have posted that!! 🤣🤣🤣
I'm developing a weak spot for you, Teddy and Lafonda. All the best and this vid helped me relax. I hope your window gets fix proper. Keep on TRUCKIN'!🇺🇸✌💙
I grew up in Maine back when the world was younger... All that slush/snow/ice still makes me tense! I'm happy to sit out my time in the Az desert these days! ;) Hang in there young lady!!
Thank you very much 🙏 What part of the world were you stuck for 15 hours? That is terrible! That could happen here in the United States too and that worries me (that’s why I have so much stuff in my truck that I don’t use-I just want to know I’m prepared incase that does happen)
@@darrinjobe2986 it was the dog 😂I would not have posted that if I did it! 🤣🤣 and I am glad 472 was semi cleared til I came through…wouldn’t want to have to chain up 5 miles from the yard 😫
I was wondering if you would be out driving in the snow this week. Looks like we got more coming (we hardly got anything here). Glad you made out ok! Now about Teddy♥…That was a guilty look on his face! But, he’s such a sweetheart♥, and has those big beautiful eyes ..he could probably get away with anything! Safe travels. Pulling PM before leaving, I'm sure that is SOP. Don't you just love driving in snow, slush, and ice pulling a trailer? You did a fantastic driving job. I'm glad that you made it back safely without incident, Teddy is glad too. Take care and keep the shiny side up (if you can see the shiny side). St. Michael is with you. AATW!
It’s not my favorite kind of driving but sometimes you just gotta do it! 🥶 😜and it’s not very shiny at the moment (couldn’t get it washed either until the bunk window gets fixed 🙄it’s in the peterbilt shop right now…
@@LafondaJackson436 This "Polar Vortex" is really causing major problems for truckers and the general public as well, not a good time to be on the road. I hope Peterbilt gets LaFonda squared away with no more problems to deal with. Take care and be safe. AATW!
@@LafondaJackson436 I'm in Florida, only dealing with cold weather, no precipitation to deal with. They are calling for freeze warnings for the next two nights at least, staying cold for several days to come. I like "seeing" the snow, not the dealing with it. @@michaelmatthews8953 oh my! I went to FL once and it was July and I had a hard time dealing with the humidity down there. But I guess that is better than dealing with the snow/ice up north! 😅

I’ve been a truck driver for 28 years. The last 18 years was jet fuel delivery in the state of Arizona. Very easy career. In my own bed every night. With my little Yorky.
Is there somebody that travels with you? I don’t know how you do these videos by yourself if you do that you’re doing a great job. So far, how are you liking your new truck?
@@LafondaJackson436 actually I’ve been with the company 23 years. It’s been a good career. I can’t complain about what I’ve done over the years. I just could not do over the road like you do because I would feel so lonely. Awesome video nice lady!👍 I liked the ride through the Baltimore tunnel and watching you drive your big fancy 18wheeler in the snow😎 It's easy to see you put safety above all else you take it nice and slow and easy just the way everybody else should do out on the highways. I'm impressed with your expertise behind the wheel your great experience to handle tractor trailers is very admirable!🥰And I think it's a million times way more exciting to watch a beautiful woman master an 18wheeler rather than a man to do it hahaha😁 And pretty funny teddy let a few go but from the serious look on his handsome face he don't care hahaha😂 Happy Trucking My dear and glad you made it back to Pennsylvania without running into a huge traffic jam from a jack knife or a bunch of reckless 4 wheeler that tangled on I-95.
