After a month's worth of work, I would like to proudly present to you, Black Crystal Mine. Explore the depths of this mysterious abandoned mine. Many workers have perished trying to discover the wonders and the value of this black crystal, only few remain to tell.
This is my first project and I'm sure there can be a lot of improvements, they'll get better and more impressive as I become more experienced with dark rides.
I do not own any of the music, it is only used for the video, no copyright intended. Credit goes to the makers of the custom scenery and the sound effects.
Absolutely beautiful. If I had a top and 10 list of best rct3 coasters, this one would definitely be in it, maybe not as #1 because I've seen many other designs that are on par with this one, but this one would make the list easy. I look for coasters that people have put time into. This ride is 7 minutes long, so it must've taken you at least a year to make this. Great job man. I love it.
My mind was kinda blown at the ending. I got a little bored in the middle but at least it had a pretty spectacular ending.
I like to think at 1:43 the skeleton in the distance was just like "Heeeeeeyyy... whatchu guys doin' over there?"
Yep and thanks. RCT3 is that great of a game and I think it's more than just a game. It's amazing what our minds can create.

This is awesome! I just got RCT3 Platinum recently because I used to love it when I was younger. I've never tried using downloaded scenery or anything like that before, and now I feel like I'll never be satisfied with my own rct projects after seeing things as amazing as this one!

Thanks, if you thought that was long, I'm making a much longer project and rich in detail. It probably won't be out until 2014, hopefully much sooner, that's how big this project will be, unless something bad happens.

Thanks man. Got a major project in the works, should be released hopefully this year, if not definitely next year. But I'll be moving to a new channel, if you search Bensineerim you'll find it, that's what I go by on the new channel.
The explosion is a firework, there are tutorials on youtube on how to sync fireworks with the ride, same with synchronizing the sounds, you'll need audacity for that and it can get difficult and very time consuming, the falls are a ride event. You can get most custom scenery from RCT3 database.
yw, and most scenery goes in the destination c:/program files/atari/rollercoastertycoon3/style/themed
If there's a read me txt file attached, read it. It will tell you how to install the scenery.

I got most of the scenery from RCT3 Database and Datenbank. You can also find some on SGW.
It's an interesting ride but... I don't get it... how do we go from a pirate town to a Skyrim forrest?
How did u get the cart to rock?
It's a feature that the Mine bender track has, multi-motion controls, if you have all of the expansions on the game, you can download it from CS Depot. There's a read me file on how to install.
What coaster did you use?
how to make it dark i can't do that
I used AVS Video Editor to darken it. But I think you can try to turn down the brightness in the game and make it darker that way, but not sure if that will work when you film it with the in game camera.
can anyone give me a tutorial or tell me how to make a indoor coaster?
