The bet was at 2x as I played it after the flop. That's my biggest win ever at a casino. The way you were shaking after the big win, Kelly, reminded me of my reaction from what I experienced above.

Kelly, you been have errors recently. You suppose to have like 20 to 1 on natural straight on bonus trips not 3 to 1, the natural straight pays more than wild straight, remember, and also you have trip 7s and the dealer absolutely took the bonus away when you have trip 7s. That need to be fix that next time when you come back on the next trip. Congrats of winning on the bad beat.
Did you get a W2G for the $4000 hand? Supposed to get a W2G for any table game payout that's 300:1+ and $600+. Unless the rules are different for independent banker games.
@4:39 the dealer took your bonus bet even though you had 772xx. Bad dealer! And then @16:50, straight over straight, he only paid $15 for your bonus, when your straight was natural. Not sure what it should have been, but it should have been more than $15. :) But, not entirely bad dealer with $5k in the stack. Heh.
The dealer shorted you $85 in the natural straight and didn’t pay you another time on trips. So your total shortage was $95… great session!!!
