my love for effect pedals brought me here a year or two ago. miss emily's amazing musicianship has kept me sticking around, listening intently & just generally digging this biz in a major way!! brava!!
listened to a few of your demos.. what i like with this one is how connected the FX sound is with the original sound. With quite a few of the others there's the harp sound and then there's a sound which more distinctively is the effect itself, so more disconnected.
thank you so much!! I'm working on more meditation / relaxing harp music with pedal effect compilations and I'd love to make an album of that soon! thank you for the suggestion; I hear you! :)
My absolute favorite pedal that I own and I pair it with the EQD Levitation pedal as well. It makes both of my harps sound amazing. I love the way it just sounds like every note is being spun around inside a black a whole and the warping you can do with it is so fun. It’s a shame they discounted them. At some point I really want to try it out with an expression pedal.
I've actually never played Levitation! I have just about every other EQD pedal (except most overdrives) but I plan on it soon! Transmisser has such a beautiful character to it. I haven't played it live with an expression pedal but messed around with it reamping, I definitely recommend!!
@@emilyharpist that’s the dream right there 😂 We should be glad we snagged one before they discontinued them because now prices for them are sky high just like with the Boss Slicer. Levitation is a great pedal to have for a more controlled and “normal” reverb sound but it can also really boost the reverb length of other pedals. I took a note from Lara Somogyi and set mine up as Transmisser -> Levitation -> Fathom -> Monument and bringing in levitation at the right moment can really add a very nice length to certain effects without adding anything different when it comes to the overall sound. I’ve not used Transmisser with an expression pedal at all but I hope to soon. I’d love to be able to add more swells and experiment with scarier/creepier sounds. I’d imagine pitch bending with levers and letting the bass strings grind like they would with a pedal slide while using an expression pedal could create some really intense sounds. 🤯🤩🧐
Thank you so much for listening and for being here! I did Slo shortly after it came out! Check it out here if you haven't already: ruclips.net/video/iKXTAmKM5qQ/видео.html

That is cool. I love my Transmisser, and was really upset when I found out EQD doesn't make them anymore!
I seriously JUST found out they don't make them anymore!! That's insane!!
Make an album. I mean, great pedal demos, but I could listen to this for hours

Hi Emily, I use the transmisser live on my vocals with a delay in front and a boss rv-6 behind it, it’s insane, you can than sing your own pads.
This always feels like my soul calling to me👒🧤
:)
