Hello why there is zero washroom facility in makkah. Please i dont know the exact reason but my mother is unable to pray properly. All washrooms are either closed or jammed packed with long queue..please i request you to shed some light for elderly people also guide for first timers do and donts related to food.
If u go during peak season than yes it'll be alot of people but usually it's not, personally i used nearest restroom in makkah and it's clean and water pipe inside restroom, but yes everyone use nearest one. But one tip if ur mother can use elevator/lift than under basement they have alot of level and restroom and it's empty there not too much people in madina i west there one lady showed me. I think in makkah they have restroom in basement levels too like 2, 3 level down

I guess you can purchase zam zam from airport by showing your passport. They just enter passport number. You can also purchase zam zam from Bin Dawood near Haram in Makkah and Zam Zam also available in Bin Dawood Madina
So you can bring zam zam with you in your tourist visa as well. We also filled small water bottles like 360ml with zam zam and after sealing their cap with tap we put them in luggage like 10-12 bottles in one big hand carry with other luggage. If you wrap these bottles with clothes then it will be easy for you to bring in luggage
Yes you can buy from Airport. I went there from UK on visiting visa and bought Zam Zam from the Madina Airport. They didn't even ask to show me the passport.

I totally I gree with you , my mother has the same prblm , for easy access of washroom we can just sit near the w4 w6 etc
