The type of lighting always varies, some are LED, some are not, there’s always some level of natural light. It is constantly changing. You have to adjust white balance from room to room so there isn’t a single value that just works unfortunately.
i used to switch it out from 5500 - 4400 - 3300 before until one day when I was in a rush and I forgot and left auto whitebalance on and amazingly enough, I got better results than previous times.. when i get different WB in a particular room, I just add an adjustment clip to match the WB... I think Auto is a better way leaving me one less thing to worry about while manually adjusting your iso and focus..
Get a gray card and inside the home shoot it and select that image for your custom white balance......that's the best way to video inside a home ......
