I am new to Islam, and I want to pray five times at day. I'm trying to memorize the verses in Arabic, which is hard because I speak Spanish. Also, I am trying to pray correctly. But I am glad I decided to convert
may Allah reward you and keep u on the right path, when entering Islam you should just take it slow and step by step because there's a lot to learn. so don't worry and just take it slow
now i feel so guilty. as muslim i rarely pray to Allah, because of too busy doing my work or i was just not able to handle my laziness :'( . but from now on that i am still healthy and gonna be trying to pray 5 times everyday.

This video made me realize that he believes that I can pray five times and carry out all the responsibilities which fall upon me as a Muslim. that is why Allah (SWT) chose me to be a Muslim. but I don't pray because I'm a revert. I live with my parents who are Hindu my whole family is Hindu.. they will get a heart attack when they see me doing Salah.. I'm afraid. that's why I sometimes do fajr Salah and that's it. don't know what should I do. I need more courage to go open with my Salah in front of them. may Allah give me the strength. I'm also a revert and I have the same problem as you do. You're not alone ! I usually pray at the mosques not at home. Try that ! I will be sure to pray for you in sha Allah
Don't be afraid. Allah is at your side and will always be there. Just make dua and tell your family. Don't just tell them that you are a Muslim, show them why. Allah is always with you, so don't be afraid.

There is only way to meet with GOD ALLAH by meditation muraqaba while having stage of mind at zero state. Have no thoughts and close your eyes and do allah allah little bit loud so you won't gonna have any thoughts. just focus on allah allah and you will end up somewhere you gonna feel something. Start with 15 or 30 mins then slowly slowly increase time do it morning and evening time while having control over ANGER,LUST, ATTACHMENT, GREED and EGO. Please do it. Very good video. I started praying 5 times 3 years ago at the age of 29. I'm so sorry that I wasted half my life while being irregular in prayer. I used to pray Jummah and just the odd one or two prayers one day or another. Sometimes getting regular for couple of weeks and then going off again. Then all of a sudden I had a realisation but it doesnt comes so easily. It is a constant effort and depends on the level of your emaan. If your emaan falls low you can fall off the prayers again so it is a constant fight with the devil. Even during these 3 years there was a month or 2 when I was not able to wake up for Morning prayer. Had to fight myself and with help of my father, I got back on track. So remember the struggle is always there, but if you build up your emaan to a good level you will never let go of Salaah in life. Once you hold it tight..it will stay with you till death. You just have to be honest with yourself and your destiny. May Allah bless and help us all.
I used to pray only 2-3 times a day. In Ramadan, i get a huge encouragement and self motivation which helped me to carry out and dispelled all my misconception about deen . Now I pray 5 times also I lead prayer at my workplace. Alhamdulillah.
I'm a Muslim and don't pray 5 times a day and so ashamed of it I am a highschool student and have so much work every single day around 8-10 hours of school work everyday and I really want to I'm not ashamed by any means i don't care who sees me I love Allah and for everything he has done for me I've tried so many times to pray but never can do it I was never brought up to be super religious but still to believe in Allah and be a Muslim and I really want to be a full Muslim pray for me my brothers and sisters please so I can learn
5 mins per salah 25 to 30 mins in 24 hours you can do it ALLAH will make everything easier. you just have to make that little effort. After a few weeks in sha ALLAH u will see a difference in your life if you are sincere
im a native albanian speaker. and..... tbh.. it was wery hard for me to learn namaz.. becouse arabic is very hard for me... but if you focus you can learn it . nothing is imposible😃

Why? What is it going to do? Think of all the times a parent has prayed for their child suffering in pain and it has done nothing; the child dies. Think of someone praying that their partner is not going to abuse them again, or that they might get enough food to eat - and nothing happens. The world is full of people praying to multiple gods. People pray to Ganesh and Odin and Jesus and Horus and they all claim their god did something that they prayed for but they can't all be right thinking they had their prayers answered, can they? If you believe that, you'd have to believe that all these different gods are real, wouldn't you? Well, obviously they can't all be real. So using Ockham's Razor as our guide, we must assume that if other gods don't really answer the prayers of their believers (especially gods that have existed long before Allah was invented) then no god does.
Never leave prayer. Pray as much as you can. By moving your body, moving eyes or thinking in the head. Of course you will always find a way to pray by moving the body. But pray before the prescribed time expires. Pray in the bus by slightly bending, pray outside the class on a bench with as much movements as you can afford. This will differ for everyone. We can not understand each other's situations or the level of faith. So just pray when the time comes, never let it go.
i started praying 2 years ago when i was 13 but before i did pray but not 5 times a day just when i felt like it. but now alhamdulilah i don't feel lazy i actually feel upset if my praying passes me while i am sleeping or traveling

I was so into gay night clubs.. too much drinking and taking drugs as well yes i am a homosexual guy. Iam not proud of that but i know it is a sin but i am trying my best to fight the evil out of me.. i have stopped drinking since last i don know how many years ago.. and stop myself from going into nightclub for 2 years and thr half.and no longer taking drug!... but still.. i havent pray at all..i felt i was gonna give up my life.. i was lost i dont know wats bothering me.. i tried to figure things out.. and i just couldnt..i kept on making dua to allah to open up my heart show me the right way to him.. i never stop making dua to him.. with being patient all these while that one day my eyes was looking at my old madrasah school salat book.. and it happens everyday wen i get in my room.. i just felt that ALLAH was talking to me to read the salat (prayer) book. Subhanaallah..😭 i totally broke down in tears! Ya allah thank u! Amin ya ra bal ala min! Im learning back my salat from start all over again. we should schedule our lives around prayer. if you are registering for college classes, then select times which don't conflict with prayers. schools should accommodate prayers as they are religious obligations just talk to the administration. I once had to pray maghrib prayer but was in the middle of an exam so I gave my exam to the professor and explained that I had to pray and that instead of leaving the room like I usually did, I could pray at tge front of the classroom where there was some space available. he was cool with it alhamdulillah and after the prayer I got my exam back and completed it.
what if you work in the hospital as a doctor or nurse would it be accepted if your prayer wasnt on time. i was watching a surgery and it was for 5 hours for example

I am a white american, i am a security guard and training to be a firefighter. I work at a market run by muslims and one of them has given me the knowledge of being muslim and helped me start conversion with stating the shahada in the proper islam language. I do believe that allah has guided me here amd to this religion after years of trying christianity and being non religious. I have hope that allah will guide me for the rest of my life and help me rid of my current bad habits and sins to lead a faithful muslim life. It will take some time for me to get used to the daily prayers and life but i have faith that allah will not steer me wrong
This is my story... On the 28th of February 2018 I was in the car with my dad and we were talking about religion, I never used to pray as normal I used to lie to my dad about if I prayed or not. Later that night a dream came to me which I could never ever ever forget, and dear brothers and sisters it was about judgement day and I was soo scared and all the Muslims around me were happy and calm alhamdulillah but the real purpose about this dream my brothers and sisters it’s about allah waking me up to this world that’s its worthless and that one day we will all be gone not taking a single penny with us. later on that night I woke up shaking horrified and crying but brothers the next day I woke up a complete different person mashallah alhamdulillah and from that day to today am the same person and salah is a hobby to me and I have no complete right to leave it allahuakbar also from that day am thanking Allah for giving me back my deen. Thank you ya allah for helping me to repent to you this beautiful way❤️

Thing is, who defines what is "Good" and what is "Bad"? If someone is kind to his family, treats his neighbors well doesn't cheat or steal only so people say he is a "Good" man then is that really "Good"? He is only looking for validation from the outside world. Allah is the creator of this world so what He (swt) says is good, is Good. As far as I am concerned I want to be in a state where I seek validation ONLY from Allah. (I'm far from that though). So when Allah gives me the Tawfiq to be kind, or smile or meet someone in a cheerful manner then I do it because its a means of coming near to Allah. In a verse of the Quran Allah describes a characteristic of his slaves, his people the 1s who He loves as "Not fearing the blame of the blamers"

There is only way to meet with GOD ALLAH by meditation muraqaba while having stage of mind at zero state. Have no thoughts and close your eyes and do allah allah little bit loud so you won't gonna have any thoughts. just focus on allah allah and you will end up somewhere you gonna feel something. Start with 15 or 30 mins then slowly slowly increase time do it morning and evening time while having control over ANGER,LUST, ATTACHMENT, GREED and EGO. Please do it. Now i have respect and love for islam because there was is way to meet with Allah and i did not know and was almost untold and hidden. May Allah bless everyone.

Very good video. I started praying 5 times 3 years ago at the age of 29. I'm so sorry that I wasted half my life while being irregular in prayer. I used to pray Jummah and just the odd one or two prayers one day or another. Sometimes getting regular for couple of weeks and then going off again. Then all of a sudden I had a realisation but it doesnt comes so easily. It is a constant effort and depends on the level of your emaan. If your emaan falls low you can fall off the prayers again so it is a constant fight with the devil. Even during these 3 years there was a month or 2 when I was not able to wake up for Morning prayer. Had to fight myself and with help of my father, I got back on track. So remember the struggle is always there, but if you build up your emaan to a good level you will never let go of Salaah in life. Once you hold it tight..it will stay with you till death. You just have to be honest with yourself and your destiny. May Allah bless and help us all.

I used to pray only 2-3 times a day. In Ramadan, i get a huge encouragement and self motivation which helped me to carry out and dispelled all my misconception about deen . Now I pray 5 times also I lead prayer at my workplace. Alhamdulillah.
I'm a Muslim and don't pray 5 times a day and so ashamed of it I am a highschool student and have so much work every single day around 8-10 hours of school work everyday and I really want to I'm not ashamed by any means i don't care who sees me I love Allah and for everything he has done for me I've tried so many times to pray but never can do it I was never brought up to be super religious but still to believe in Allah and be a Muslim and I really want to be a full Muslim pray for me my brothers and sisters please so I can learn

Why? What is it going to do? Think of all the times a parent has prayed for their child suffering in pain and it has done nothing; the child dies. Think of someone praying that their partner is not going to abuse them again, or that they might get enough food to eat - and nothing happens. The world is full of people praying to multiple gods. People pray to Ganesh and Odin and Jesus and Horus and they all claim their god did something that they prayed for but they can't all be right thinking they had their prayers answered, can they? If you believe that, you'd have to believe that all these different gods are real, wouldn't you? Well, obviously they can't all be real. So using Ockham's Razor as our guide, we must assume that if other gods don't really answer the prayers of their believers (especially gods that have existed long before Allah was invented) then no god does.

Never leave prayer. Pray as much as you can. By moving your body, moving eyes or thinking in the head. Of course you will always find a way to pray by moving the body. But pray before the prescribed time expires.
Pray in the bus by slightly bending, pray outside the class on a bench with as much movements as you can afford. This will differ for everyone. We can not understand each other's situations or the level of faith. So just pray when the time comes, never let it go.

Thanks for this video! I am 30 year old malay muslim! I used to pray and read quran! Now i havent been praying n reading quran for almost 16 years! I was so into gay night clubs.. too much drinking and taking drugs as well yes i am a homosexual guy. Iam not proud of that but i know it is a sin but i am trying my best to fight the evil out of me.. i have stopped drinking since last i don know how many years ago.. and stop myself from going into nightclub for 2 years and thr half.and no longer taking drug!... but still.. i havent pray at all..i felt i was gonna give up my life.. i was lost i dont know wats bothering me.. i tried to figure things out.. and i just couldnt..i kept on making dua to allah to open up my heart show me the right way to him.. i never stop making dua to him.. with being patient all these while that one day my eyes was looking at my old madrasah school salat book.. and it happens everyday wen i get in my room.. i just felt that ALLAH was talking to me to read the salat (prayer) book. Subhanaallah..😭 i totally broke down in tears! Ya allah thank u! Amin ya ra bal ala min! Im learning back my salat from start all over again. we should schedule our lives around prayer. if you are registering for college classes, then select times which don't conflict with prayers. schools should accommodate prayers as they are religious obligations just talk to the administration.
I once had to pray maghrib prayer but was in the middle of an exam so I gave my exam to the professor and explained that I had to pray and that instead of leaving the room like I usually did, I could pray at tge front of the classroom where there was some space available. he was cool with it alhamdulillah and after the prayer I got my exam back and completed it.
what if you work in the hospital as a doctor or nurse would it be accepted if your prayer wasnt on time. i was watching a surgery and it was for 5 hours for example

I am a white american, i am a security guard and training to be a firefighter. I work at a market run by muslims and one of them has given me the knowledge of being muslim and helped me start conversion with stating the shahada in the proper islam language. I do believe that allah has guided me here amd to this religion after years of trying christianity and being non religious. I have hope that allah will guide me for the rest of my life and help me rid of my current bad habits and sins to lead a faithful muslim life. It will take some time for me to get used to the daily prayers and life but i have faith that allah will not steer me wrong

This is my story...
On the 28th of February 2018 I was in the car with my dad and we were talking about religion, I never used to pray as normal I used to lie to my dad about if I prayed or not. Later that night a dream came to me which I could never ever ever forget, and dear brothers and sisters it was about judgement day and I was soo scared and all the Muslims around me were happy and calm alhamdulillah but the real purpose about this dream my brothers and sisters it’s about allah waking me up to this world that’s its worthless and that one day we will all be gone not taking a single penny with us. later on that night I woke up shaking horrified and crying but brothers the next day I woke up a complete different person mashallah alhamdulillah and from that day to today am the same person and salah is a hobby to me and I have no complete right to leave it allahuakbar also from that day am thanking Allah for giving me back my deen. Thank you ya allah for helping me to repent to you this beautiful way❤️

Thing is, who defines what is "Good" and what is "Bad"? If someone is kind to his family, treats his neighbors well doesn't cheat or steal only so people say he is a "Good" man then is that really "Good"? He is only looking for validation from the outside world.
Allah is the creator of this world so what He (swt) says is good, is Good. As far as I am concerned I want to be in a state where I seek validation ONLY from Allah. (I'm far from that though). So when Allah gives me the Tawfiq to be kind, or smile or meet someone in a cheerful manner then I do it because its a means of coming near to Allah.
In a verse of the Quran Allah describes a characteristic of his slaves, his people the 1s who He loves as "Not fearing the blame of the blamers"
