Thanks for this. I wanted to have a new map for each tab, so you could look at say the schedule on a map for Aug, Sept etc. I can see the 'new tour' option, but it's still referencing data from the 1st tab only. I've tried refresh data to no avail.

On an Excel 3D Mapping heat map, if multiple unique data points have the same set of coordinates, is that spot weighted as having multiple data points or just one? I hoped it would be multiple, however it kind of looks like just one but I don’t know if there is a solution. Thanks
@@Computergaga Had to download parallels and excel for windows. You have such a gift of teaching, all very clear and easy to follow. Awesome proper brit accent too haha. Just a question: can you change settings for the Bing map style, colours, etc. ?

Thank you for the useful video, but I was not successful in adding text to the shape. I wanted to write the % and the country beside or over the shape but when I add the text box it just floats around - it is not connected to the shape, and when I add an annotation it makes an annoying grey triangle and a distance from the shape. Is there a way I am missing?

Great Video - but I have an issue I cant solve. Whenever I move my revenue data to the height filed it appears as COUNT rather than SUM. I don see any way of fixing this? Any ideas?
Thank you. If it defaults to count it normally means there are blanks cells or something formatted as text in the revenue column. Maybe you selected the entire column for the map.
I have office 365 from school, 2019, version 16.30 but i cant see the power maps or 3d maps button? if i go to add ins i can only go to the add ins store but dont see power maps in there? where can i find this? im on mac as well if that makes a difference
This normally indicates they, or some, or stored as text. If you check the source data. Try selecting the column in the sources data and check if it sums them in the bottom right of the screen.
Great video. How do you insert the finished map onto a worksheet so an end user can see it and refresh it?

The 3D map does not support other countries map that well right? like Singapore?

It should be in 2019 so it might be a Mac thing. I don't use a Mac so unsure on that.
