As a general manager, the concept is very compelling. However, I dont know how I would deal with weak positions in the company in this model. If the rest of us need a position to be stronger and do more to move the company ahead, the people in these weak positions may not be ready/willing to step up, even if coached. With hyper focus on care of for everyone, how does the team use social pressure to create the step-up or step-out so the rest can move ahead?
