Im 2-3 times a year in brussel. Coming from Germany thats my observation: Brussel is dirty af, it is smelly in many places, garbage bags all around, abandoned houses in city centrum are majority - litteraly looks like a war town. outside of the city much better. Brussel i give 2/10. I havent seen anything else in Belgium, only been driving thru the country so i wont say anything about the whole Belgium, maybe thanks for Stromae!
that is only some streets that have many Marocan people but still very nice city, i live there 25 years... i mean not realy there but in that country...

It's officialy the capital of Europe but if we consider it's demographic composition, it rather should be the capital of Arab League or African Union.
