This is really good stuff Adam. Listening to the podcast and seeing your videos has really made me realise that I've been warming up incorrectly for years! No more static stretching! Starting to incorporate your priming movements in to my pre workout routine now. Looking forward to seeing the Webinar on the weekend 👍
These exercises really helped with my overall training performance. I don't really have any issues with my body other than tense muscles and static stretches weren't really working for me. I did these mobility exercises pre workout and I could feel a big difference in my bodies movements. Everything felt like I was hitting bullseyes on a target. Thank you
Great video buddy, and do the first time I hear a pt being honest and admitting personal body issues, and that's so appropriate it. Honesty, authenticity and knowledge are key to a great pt for me.
It’s crazy how a lot of these stretches are pretty simple & easy to understand once we see it visually but hard to think of creating without help so appreciate it
These drills have worked wonders for my mobility.6 weeks ago,I couldn't perform a shoulder dislocate or a wall press.Doing them with ease now. It's had a huge impact on my range of movement. Thanks guys!!!
Think I need to take notes on this one as I jot the exercises down in my workout journal. Hate to admit it but I'm 34 years old and definitely have some mobility issues that have creeped into my physicality.
So glad I came across this! Been incorporating mobility moves in all my sessions now and the benefits are ridiculous! Keep up the great work lads, huge fan of the podcast will be subscribing to the channel also
Awesome Thank you! This will hold me over until I can get Prime Pro :)) Having massive ROM issues with my shoulders & hoping this will help before my lifts. You guys Rock! I appreciate you!
you mentioned that you didnt have to do these stretches in your early 20s. But if you did these stretches in your early 20s like you do now, do you think you would have better mobility?
danny bellando of course! You have to start early, and maintain it. He worked out for several years while having poor mobility and other physiological imbalances. It further facilitated his problem. He'd probably choke himself doing front squats because he has poor thoracic extension. It works both ways; I'm in my early 20's and I do stretching exercises for several years now. I can easily bring my hands together when doing that wall press. Working out will further facilitate my good mobility, flexibility, posture, thoracic extension etc. So start early!

Would you also recommend this as a daily mobility drill for someone who is particularly less mobile? or would it benefit more on workout days?
Just found this channel and I love it! I ám competing in bikini fitness next year.

Does everyone have the same trigger points with the lacrosse ball?
How often should we be doing these? Should it be before every workout?

Do you recommend these movements for all clients at any level?
