4-5 red onions
4 eggs
Salt
2 large potatoes
Salt, black pepper
3 tablespoons starch (I used corn starch)
Vegetable oil for frying
Fry in small portions
Fry on both sides over medium heat
150 g sour cream
Salt, black pepper to taste
1 fresh cucumber
some fresh parsley
