    Hey
    I am a strawberry lover and when I saw your recipe I was amazed. I want to try it and the kids will definitely like it. In the recipe you use vanilla extract what if it is not available can honey also be used?

    This looks delicious. I don't have this exact cake pan. Can I use any shape cake pan? Also, can cream of tartar be left out?

      An angel food cake pan is specially designed for the light, airy batter of angel food cake, but you can try another pan and see if it works. I wouldn't use too large of a pan, though since the batter needs support from the walls to rise. And, yup, you can leave out the cream of tartar, but it creates a stronger meringue, which might be needed because you're using a different pan. It's worth trying though!
