WOW 😵😵😵😵.....15:35 ....the B/W Painting on the wall behind Michael is from the very famous German/Danish Artist K.R.H Sonderborg, who once lived just 2 blocks away from me. Sadly he past away quit very old in 2008. I'm blessed to say, that I knew him in person for his last few years, cause he was a patient of me and I visited him in his house nearly every day. He was a really nice guy, we had a lot of classy conversations about art and his own work in particular !

This is the first house that I 100% would live in. It’s cozy, cool looking, not to flashy and family friendly.

Love this house as it's not all cement but nice balance of greenery, height, cosiness and functionalities of each room.
The best one yet. Just perfect architecture... and a perfect price. I wouldn't want to live without a garden, it's more important to me than a Hollywood Hills view without one.

Honestly 6 million felt like a steal for the house you’re getting. Sure the location plays in, but still an amazing home.
And the garden was just to die for. I loved the old and tall pine trees and the gravel running along the sides of the garden. So nice.

As much as I love looking at big houses, sometimes it's hard to gauge how big they actually are on youtube. And as I've never lived in a big house before, I feel like something too big will just induce something close to reverse claustrophobia for me. But this house is really tastefully designed. It's very open and modern, and yet it's still very warm and welcoming. I'd probably want a bigger garage, a movie room and a library, but i still love how it was designed. I wish I knew who the architect and interior designer was.

What a pleasant surprise. From the initial drone shot and then Michael standing in the street in front of this house I instantly 'knew' that I wouldn't like this house. I could not have been more wrong! I rarely like modern architecture. But this house had a wonderful flow about it. And that fluidity, I feel, was due to the extraordinary utilization and focus on that spectacular backyard. Within which, the swimming pool was the central hub that seemed to tie all of the elements together. I love it!

Location my friend. It's one key factor when it comes to house pricing. And btw a house with that infrastructure would probably go for 2 to 4 million at the most. 200,000$ is just unrealistic

I’m not 100% sure, but in these modern houses, they tend to have a whole “wall” as a sliding door and it’s completely open. Wouldn’t flies get in and the AC wouldn’t work since the air would escape with that big of a gap? It’s not the best to have a 6 million dollar house with flies and no AC.
La has cool temperatures much of the year ,60s especially in the mornings and evenings. It is also not tropical it is more desert weather so you dont get lots of bugs and mosquitoes. The glass is great for opening at parties.

Can we see what 6 million in New York is like in the same episode?
If it's in Manhattan area of New York City then probably 6million would get you a 90-150 sqm condo unit with 2-3 br and 2 bathroom. If it's outside New York City then 6million would get you atleast 250sqm to 300sqm house and lot with 4br and 5-6 bathroom. Correct me if I'm wrong.
