    simple recipe is k chaney half hr ya 1hr k liye bhigo k rakh dein than pani change kr k cooker mein pani lehsan adrak pyaz tematar few green chillies n salt daal k gulney k liye rakh dein.ye sb vegs ap grind b kr k daal sakty wesy mix ho jta hy zarorat ni rehti.without soda zbrdst gul jaein ge.phir oil hldi,pissi laal mirch aur pissa dhania daal k bhun lein phir shorbey k pani daal dein.last mein grm masala hara dhania aur meethi faal dein.shorba is ka thori der bd thick ho jta hy kuch.but bht watery ni rakhty

    Any this is ur style black gram curry but not authentic .bcz taste will not be develpoed like curry,anyway. soda is never used directly in food, gram are soaked, drained out then mix soda ,leave them for 2 hours before cooking.
