If you're located in a bushfire prone area, you will need to have a BAL report or a Bushfire Management Plan.
Having a higher rating will mean you will need to spend more funds making your home more bushfire proof. These upgrades are mandatory.
If your block is in the pink zone, you will need a BAL report.
