Bruh, it's called LINK LOST, not DATA LOST.
DATA LOST means the data of that figure from the Throne of Heroes is gone, erased. Solomon with his final NP, Ars Nova - "The Time of Parting Has Come, He Is the One who Lets Go of the World". And Miyamoto Musashi reaching her sword beyond "Zero", "True Emptiness", [ ], and cutting "Zero". Reaching [ ] known as the Swirl of the Root have the consequences of erasing her Saint Graph and record from the Throne of Heroes.
LINK LOST - affected by it from OC2 - Jeanne Alter, Salieri, Dante, Taira, Nitocris Alter, Lobo, and Gorgon. They were displaced by the system and sent to Antarctica ahead of Chaldea. They aren't gone as gone, just went ahead on the journey. Ritsuka will get them back once passing the barrier surrounding Antarctica. It is why it is called LINK LOST.
Beside not ALL Avengers were affected by what happened in OC2 ending. Only those that are mentioned but everyone else such as Space Ishtar and Demon King Nobu are still around.
