Me and my friend were listening to this in homeroom and we had no idea what this song was about until my friend said, "Maybe it's about animals rebelling?" so it all sort of started clicking when we saw the clips of mistreated animals. Honestly though, by now I know that the weirder Pinocchio's music videos are, the deeper the meaning behind the song (ex: Oblivious Pumpkin)
It's just a feeling, but I think it's about what departs humans from animals, considerimg the cobination of very human things, like the ramen, the man in the suit etc. with animals. Also when he's just mentioning a lot of animals in a row, there are very human things right in between, so not seperated. I'm not sure though, (I apologize for my bad english, I tried my best)

I wouldn't say this sort of thing applies to most composers. Even producers that I'm aware of who don't mind showing their face at events, do covers of their own songs or play regularly in bands usually don't mix their own vocals into a vocaloid song. It's something I've only heard pinocchioP do so far. I like it because I think it's quite unique. As for PVs or MVs for the original song, most don't even seem to use shots of real people, so having the producer in it is a rarity too. (And again, guess it's not the first time pinocchioP has done it.)
I think this song is about how humanity is getting more and more complicated, and how we used to be animals like elephants, pigs and dogs, having simple lives until the first human was born.
