Also maida is very bad quality so without MSG ajinomot you can't eat it. But if you add lots of MSG/ajinomot people will lap it up and get addicted. MSG is very bad for health forget the controversial issues like cancer but one this not contorversial that is causes insuliin spike it raises your insulin spike by 300% and it causes obesity. This is not controversial because MSG is used in experiments on rats for testing anti-diabetic and anti-obesity drugs. Rats don't get diabetes or get obese even if you feed it a lot. Feeding them Ajinomot will make them prediabetic and obese in a few weeks.
