  • In this digital age, you might be wondering why anyone would still need a printer. After all, you can send emails, sign documents, and store pictures on the cloud. But here's the thing - sometimes you just need a hard copy of something. Maybe you want to frame a special memory, you need a backup copy of a boarding pass or concert ticket, or maybe your boss insists on a physical copy of that report you spent hours on. That's where the HP OfficeJet Pro 8025e Wireless Color All-in-One Printer comes in.

HP OfficeJet Pro 8025e wireless printer
In this review, I’ll take a look at how well and how fast it prints, what else it can do, how it fits into my home office and if I think it’s a good printer for you.
    What do you get?
In a nutshell, HP would probably tell you the OfficeJet pro 8025e is the Swiss Army Knife of the printing world. Need to print a document? No problem. Scan a photo? Easy peasy. And if you're feeling nostalgic, you can even send a fax (just don't tell your millennial friends). But this printer isn't just a blast from the past, it's got all the modern features you could want, including automatic two-sided printing and wireless connectivity.
    Size & design
If you need a simple at-home printer, this one is a bit on the larger size, but for those with more home office aspirations it’s a decent size. **It measures about ???
Conveniently it has a mostly all in one footprint, in that the document feeder is on top of the printer and the paper tray and catchtray for the most part live underneath. There is an optional pull out extension for the catch tray which you can use if you have the space.
When it comes to the luxe, this is actually a nice looking printer. With it’s gray, charcoal, and white design it’s fairly minimalist and shouldn’t distract too much from your office décor.
Set up & Wireless connection (HP SMART APP - Print, scan and copy from your phone)
Setting up the HP OfficeJet Pro 8025e wireless printer is actually pretty simple and it worked for me in less than 10 minutes.
We’ve narrowed the setup down to just 8 simple steps! Once you're done, you'll be able to print, scan, and copy from your smartphone or tablet with the HP Smart app.

Probably the most to-the-point, comprehensive review of this printer. Thanks, I picked one up for my business to print packing slips, install directions and general scanning

@@ErinLawrenceTV It's crap. No warrantee and terrible tech support. My paper tray is made of the cheapest plastic and will only give shifted printouts on the second tray of paper. Tech support fixes are incomprehensible: written by AI? And many users experience the same. AND I CANNOT RETURN IT.

Very good video, but how can I copy 2 sided to 2 sided from the document scanner? My only option shows 1 sided to 1 sided or 1 sided to 2 sided.
My originals are 2 sided. Do I need to reload to get 2 sided to 2 sided?

What about changing the print quality to the maximum because sometimes it will be set back to low quality all different ones

Love the quality of the print, but the tray is a little weird with the alignment. I do the adjustment to fit the letter size, but then when I push the tray back in, it wants to push all the way in. Kindaaaa messes with the alignment when I’m printing labels. There a way to fix the tray issue?

I got the 9025e and couldn’t be happier. Feature rich, it prints seamlessly and quickly over AirPrint. Only 2 annoyances: also subbed to InstantInk the printer has to remain on and connected to the Net. This is not a problem but it’ll do self-maintenance during the wee hours of the morning. 😮The other annoyance is it lost the feature of sending a print job when outside my network. No more emailing the printer with a document to be printed.

Is the ink mailing program more or less expensive than buying the cartridges oneself?

    • @ErinLawrenceTV
      @ErinLawrenceTV  Год назад

I think it depends how much you’re printing, but I find it to be about the same price, with significantly less hassle. There’s never ever a situation where I show up at Staples or Best Buy and they happen to be out of the particular cartridges I need Because HP knows exactly what I need and ships them to my door. That’s a huge win for me.

The scanner feature on the control panel disables and sometimes turns back on when restarting the printer, it mostly requires me to install software drivers even when I did installed them. I will recommend customers to avoid HP Officejet printers

I'm tired of having cartridges seemingly expire before use. This was the biggest failing of my last HP inkjet. The review was great but it's hard to trust a mfg that would expire unused ink based on what appeared to be a shelf date.

This product is a disaster. The paper try is horribly designed and will not work. Tech support is terrible and many users experience the same problems. Users seem to be trying self-help on the tech support pages. But many have given up. I bought this because my previous HP lasted 12 years. This one lasted one paper tray. Also, no returns after 30 days and no warrantee, even though I bought straight from HP. Pure garbage.

After buying a printer that only HP can supply the ink for (as it turns out) I'll never buy anything HP again, ever.
