I'm so damn jealous Y'all...because I'm an old hip hop head, like teenage years were early 90s, and "No CAP" (just learned what that means since Coast)... these 4 would of been on every mix hip hop cassette I ever made... hanging w Wu, Tribe, Das, Black Sheep, Slick Rick, Cypress, any golden Era you can name...they have studied the history and deserve everything they have EARNED! Brought an old hip hop lover back...hope they keep there path...and just to let you know... 1st verse of SPEECHLESS is one of best hip hop verses....EVER...tell me I wrong... wait till you hear their story on top of it!

Yep I had to sub. Welcome to the world of Coast Contra. The next Coast Contra Freestyle you should check out is "Never Freestyle" that's the one they blew up on. After Never Freestyle was "Give Up The Goods Freestyle" But Coast has been around for a few years. 2016 with all 4 of them. And their older freestyles are fire. "Fu Gee La Freestyle" on the Fugees beat is one of my favorites. Their album "Apartment 505" came out in March and it's fire. They freestyles are beats from other artists. The Apartment 505 album is their own beats. You should check out the video for "Apartment 505" Enjoy the ride and know you won't get every bar, scheme or double, triple, quadruple entrada the first listen. I've seen dozens of reactions for everything they have and I still discover knew things haha.
And I'm sure a whole bunch of people told you already but the first 2 to go are twin brothers Taj and Ras Austin. They're West Coast rap legend Ras Kass kids. Their mom is R&B singer Teedra Moses.

Not finished but I'm THOROUGHLY enjoying this reaction. Griselda & offiliated acts, Ransom, Lloyd Banks & Coast Contra have really brought some of my love back for HipHop. Ras Austin, the 2nd to go, is my personal favorite...I'd put him in a ring with his pops (Ras Kass 🐐) and put my money on him. This is prob my 3rd fav of their freestyles. 1st two being, "The Enemy" and "Give Up The Goods"...4,5 are "Speechless" and the most recent "Scenario". Here we are with another reactor talking about Rios is "half" something because he is a black man from a Spanish speaking country.
He is fully a black man born in Colombia raised in Miami since 3 but visited home a lot.
The Spanish had slaves just like the English. He is a decent of those slaves. He was actually born in an ALL BLACK city. There are many cities in South America where cities are majority black.
Rios is always talking about his African Descent... So he is a Black Colombian.. the same as we are Black or African American.
Remember "Spanish" is a language.
