The thing about JinGoo is he was working at an even earlier age than IU did, so like IU he is mature beyond his age, and is a Senior over IU and like you said do act older than IU.

It’s just a bit funny how they are so awkward here in comparison to how they were when filming HDL back then. I mean they spent months working tgt. If you watched bts vids, you would see how close they are, they joked and laughed a lot, played frank and did all those funny things. They were always spotted walking tgt: Thailand trip (night market, airport,...), Baeksang awards. Jingoo even came to IU’s concert by himself while the rest of crew came the next day (including Dohyun, who he seems to be pretty close with). IU’s fans came to visit her while she was filming HDL and they confirmed that Jingoo seemed pretty close w IU team. And he is indeed close w IU manager and bg. Add up all of this, I’m pretty sure they must be so close. That’s why I feel they are hiding sth during this TvN talkshow, acting like completely stranger... IU is known to be really open w all of her male friends so the way she acted is even more suspect.. not to say, Jingoo seemed stress lol
