@@mopes2713 trust me a lot of country’s don’t have Mexican food. Mine didn’t have it until a couple of years ago and Mexicans don’t even make the food but Cubans do.
I'm lucky I live in California, bomb food from almost every country. But my favorite is Mexican and then Indian

You should try barbacoa tacos. Literally similar but made with different spices and aromatics🇲🇽🔥btw no need to dip your taco in the consomé. Just drink and eat as you go to prevent any mess.

In Mexican parties when they give birria they give a side of Orange rice. We love mixing the broth with the rice. The best.

Authentically, Birria is eaten with Mexican arroz rojo (red rice) then you put cilantro and onion on everything! youu should definitely give it a try next time! 💖💖

I've honestly never heard of that, not even when I've had birria in Mexico. I do love rice with mole though. Just wondering, where you or your family from that you eat it with rice? I know different regions eat things very different. Like where my mom is from they eat corundas, no tamales.

In my 40+ years, I discovered birria three years ago. It's a delicious mess lol! Some taquerias makes the consome so rich, it makes an excellent soup! Next time I get some, I want to fry up some tortilla strips and dice an avocado, oh that would be like The Ultimate Tortilla Soup!

Some of my personal faves are dorilocos/tostilocos/cheetolocos (basically any type of chips), Mangonada (mango ice cream cup), hot Cheetos with nacho cheese, Esquites preparados (corn in a cup topped with various ingredients like mayo, parmesan cheese, butter and your choice of extra toppings of smashed hot cheetos.), Agua Loca (Crazy cup of fresh juice with ice cream), and Pepino Loco (Crazy Cucumber Bowl with Chamoy and Mexican candy)

There’s some places that offer their birria in caldo form like this and you can def order some rice and I love to dip my rice and eat it with the broth sooooooo good !

I prefer the birria w out the consume . The consume sometimes you don’t need it bc the whole point of “birria” is the type of meat you’re eating . Therefore it’s soft and shredded goat or whatever type of meat they use. And yes you do need the salsa w the tacos 🌮
Tacos de Birria are the best, it is cultural heritage of the world, you have to go to Mexico to try all the different variants and recipies, the most famous ones!

Authentic Birria uses slow stewed goat meat and the goat meat makes the difference in taste! Birria is like the Mexican French dip and I like to cut the tacos into strips and dip it or just put it in the consomme and let it soak in the juice then eat it!
