Think it has to do with players being old school some of them don’t like to use so many addons, so to track they’re CDs they have multiples of the same spell so they don’t have to look around so much. A couple of them do it for that reason anyways.

Its absolutely insane how bad UhDK is in SS right now. Dude literally couldnt win a round unless you were on his team. All of their defensives are so nerfed and they offer almost zero team utility, and their “rot” dmg is the lowest of any dot spec in the game lol destro locks immolate does more damage than all 3 of their dots combined. Not to mention the worst MS in the game that is basically negligible unless paired with an ACTUAL MS class. so fucking stupid what blizzard does to that class EVERY XPAC
