One tip I have for everyone, if someone is using UVB, either choose a character with an AOE green card, or blast armor to go first, that way, if you get a green card, they most likely aren’t expecting it and you can combo them, or, you instantly use a strike in case they use a strike or blast card, doesn’t work all the time tho
And I’m gonna put a tip for UGF here too

Here's what I like to do (I have uvb) I put him second or third vanish with the character I have then put uvb on to remove their vanish

Tip: if you are at a long range and your unit has blast armor what you can do is blast armor cancel, basically blast armor through a long range blast card but sidestep after you blast armor through, most of the time your opponent will ki cancel, step up and sidestep and since you cancelled the attack the opponent will be caught in the sidestep animation and you will be able to use an attack with no punishment
yeah but depending on the opponent action some didn't do that because it was very common move so just go all the ways some time work because they didn't think you gonna do that

You can is all mind games and understand how your opponent plays, if you can do that you can win almost every match even if they have more stars than you. Obviously if you have a 3 stars vs a 12-14 stars is going to be more difficult 😅😅

Tip: If someone is camping you waiting for you to engage, just throw a blast card at mid range (if they don't have any way of countering it easily, like Blast armor or 17 green card), we are just people at the end of the day, the can't PV it 100% of the time, of course change your timings, make it different every time, this is called "Conditioning", you are basically teaching your enemy instructions subconsciously on how to act against you, so you can take advantage of it later on.
This doesn't work if you don't have any tanks, cause you'll end up taking some punishment here and there, use with caution.

Dont forget timing the attack when the opponent side steps, or using an AoE card (if your character has one) when you dodge an attack, so that they cant dodge it. But also be careful in case they dash forward and cancel it by tapping. Hope this also helps.

If you're close enough and they side step
Just hit them with a strike as soon as you see it happen, side stepping for the perfect vanish is just a waste of stamina

Did you just tell everyone to fall for the jump jump? No. If the opponent side steps, you attack. If you jump after they jump, a good player will delay their action and catch you.
I've been getting into PvP way more lately and I'm guilty of the start of match tackle. I just finished learning charge stepping consistently, so I'll have to learn to back float at the start of the match as well.
What I like to do for the range, sidestep spammers is wait out the animation until I can land 2+ consecutive blue cards.
Idk why but when i float back I'm locked from vanishing? Is it like dragging back or a quick slide like dashes

when they caught you in a sidestep with a main, (non-aoe) green, blue, or ult, do a sidestep cancel with a charge

Hey dummy i have a question whenever i perfect vanish someone if i attack right away i get vanished back every time but when someone vanishes me i get stuck in my arts animation and my swipes dont work so i cant vanish theyre counter the way they do? Also about the vanishing out of arts animation i have been told you can only vanish out of a strike arts animation but i have vanished many times out of a blast animation and have seen enemies do it multiple times aswell but the timing is all out of wack its very hit or miss it almost never works anymore any thiughts ?
