Siddharoodha was wearing linga in childhood and also when he was with guru.
He has given his linga to his guru after he gained complete knowledge. Don't spread mis information..
Siddharoodha never opposed ishta linga.

@Dhuttargi_Arun I am following siddharoodha appaji charitra from quite some time. Some people in My lingayat community don't take incident of siddharoodha appaji giving back isthlinga to his guru in right spirit. He is great guru he left isthlinga when he got complete realisation and he himself becomes linga. When he reached that stage there was no need for him to wear linga or worship. There is deep philosophy behind it I also not understood completely. It is good that you added points that he never opposed worshipping isthlinga.
