We have the same printer model po. What range of GSM po ba required sa back tray and sa inner tray? kasi napapansin ko, if thin GSM (90gsm) na photo sticker sa back tray, hindi kumakagat. Thanks in advance po!

hi po.. paano po ba maalis yung space sa gilid ng paper sa pagprint..? nakacheck naman po yung boarderless at nakaalign naman po ng maayos ang A4, ganun pa rin po.. nakakacrop lang po yung gilid pag tinanggalan ng margin sa pag-edit..

We have the same model as madam, but unfortunately wala syang photocopy for a long size. A4 lang kaya nya but I'm wondering how will i fix when I'm printing long size and always has cut parts🥲
