When I mused that I didn’t know how I would be able to love my second or third or fourth child as much as I loved my first child, my grandmother always told me, “Each baby brings its own love with them!” So true!! (My grandmother had 7 children, by the way)

Love how you drew the connection between miscarriage loss and the pain of NICU life. I found there is loss in a NICU stay and it’s important to face that grief. The joy when the babies come home is overwhelming. Beautiful family.
