This company needs to make a design change to the gasket around the headlight. Look how much of the gasket sticks out. It looks terrible. How do you overlook that?
The video is helpful but the section on headlight removal you didnt show how to gain access. you have to remove the plastic pins holding the fender shroud and pull it back as you reach in to take out the first 3 - 10mm nuts and then the fender will come apart. Also it is easier to access one of the 10mm nuts by removing the side light marker. You do not need to unplug it just pop it out so it gives you access. Then you can reach the three 10mm nuts holding the lights. Also I recommend replacing the fog lights to LED while you have the headlights out. It is much easier to access. When you install the headlights I recommend that you do not tighten the headlight nuts before you match up the fender... for my installation i needed to make a couple of minor moves to get it seated correctly.. then you tighten it up and close it up. All in all this video helped tremendously and I didnt need to put it on a lift or take the wheels off or the bumper... much much easier removal/replacement... thanks.
This is a great video. Looks so much easier than others for changing out c6 headlights. What is No hid ? Is that the parts you get from the old lights?
Pretty sad that you didn’t even know how to install the seals since you’re supposed to be in charge of the product. The gasket is supposed to be folded over and fit under the surrounding parts. If this was already brought up in the comments, I didn’t read every comment but in the latest few it was asked how to get the seal to fit flush so I’m guessing it wasn’t brought up. Hopefully this helps with anyone trying to install them.
If so, why didn't the seals come "folded over" out of the box? I think folding over would drop the base line of the seals well lower on the headlight and not be flush with the fender when mounted, but not sure? I'm stuck with the ugly seal sitting higher than the fender, ugh? I paid for mine to be installed, a first for them, they do Morimoto's and never seen these Anzo's, labor was $400
That gasket doesn't fit right at all. The main reason I'd pass on these is that they keep you in the old, not good HID system instead of taking a regular LED bulb that is easily replaced/changed/upgraded.
Just as an FYI, aftermarket LED headlight bulbs are not D.O.T. compliant for on road use in North America. Anzo USA lights are D.O.T. and S.A.E. compliant. The gasket would need to be folded to create a good seal.
The headlight is mainly a cosmetic difference but you will see a slightly better projection of light from the projector. About a 30% increase of lighting. All of our headlights will have multiple coatings for projection as we manufacture our products to meet or exceed OEM specs.
How come you didn't address the freakishly oversize gaskets? Overall look of your install still looks like crap. Definitely not Corvette quality! I bought two sets of these lights and returned them both.
If you have any other questions or problems installing Anzo USA lights please feel free to contact Techsupport@AnzoUSA.com and we discuss more about the installation.
To each their own! Anzo USA uses incandescent bulbs to keep costs down. Any LED upgrade will increase the cost of the product. The gasket issue can be fixed as our satisfied customers have experienced and have very happy with the product.

FOOR SURE you scratched the crap out of that new lense while working on it on that bench
Is there a way to make that gasket not stick out pass the fender?
I'd like to see some replies also
Why no wall output shots before and after?
This would be an installation video for the customer to remove and install the headlights, unfortunately not an output video. Thank you.
Got a link to the output video?
@@RobFRC Unfortunately, not at this time. The factory HID system is transferred from the OE headlight so output would be similar to the OE headlight.

I have a 05 what would I have to buy for these to work?
Just go with morimoto they look way better
Some customers don't seem to think so but everyone has their own opinion.
My question is why this is the only headlight where the gasket sticks up in front of fender
@@chefboyardee54 The gasket issue can be fixed, contact our Technical Support team at techsupport@anzousa.com
Not a fan of the tricky Morimoto high beams.
My low beam is not working on the driver side headlight after install. Any clue what is up? Passenger side is working fine.

Which hole there’s 3 holes
Is this offering an upgrade to anything other than being a new OEM styled replacement? UV protection of lens, better light projection, etc?

Wheels name?

What a horribly fictional “easy” install video. From the manufacturers product manager no less.

Is not that hard just time consuming. I have installed 3 sets and several videos about it
Terrible!
Looks cheap. Uses standard bulbs for the running lamps and the high beams. Gasket sticks out. 👎🏼
