Really? I've found it really hit and miss so far. Sometimes it just completely missed entire days of chats, gave wrong information, or attributes comments to the wrong people.

It’s certainly not 100% but in many places it’s pretty helpful. Teams works well for me for the most part as does Word. I’ve found Outlook of more limited use so far. I think it entirely depends on your use and your data.
