    you said you can make it in kadhai but in the end you pressure cooked it, what do we do if we want to make it in kadhai?

      @@ChefAmanBisariarecipes so we just cover it with a lid, until how long and in low med or high flame? how do we replicate the 1 whistle in kadhai in the end?

    I'M SORRY, BUT YOU SHOULD HAVE MENTIONED THE EXACT MEASUREMENT OF SALT & HALDI FOR THE MARINATION. YAHIN PAR AAKE SABHI CHEFS SE CHOOK HO JAATI HA, JAB VO ANDAAZE PE AA JAATE HAIN, MAGAR "SPICE EATS" CHANNEL GALATI SE BHI AISA NAHI KARTA. THEY ARE VERY PARTICULAR IN MENTIONING THE EXACT MEASUREMENT OF SALT ALSO & NOT THAT AGE OLD CLICHE : "NAMAK SWAAD ANUSAAR". JO LOG BOLTE HAIN KI NAMAK SWAAD ANUSAAR, UN LOGON KO TOH APNA FOOD CHANNEL BUND HI KAR DENA CHAHIYE. IT WAS JUST A FEEDBACK, BUT REMEMBER, FEEDBACK SE HI HAR CHEEZ KI IMPROVEMENT HOTI HA.
    AUR HAAN, ALWAYS MENTION THE QUANTITY OF ADRAK BY ITS WEIGHT & NOT BY SPOON, LIKE 1 INCH ADRAK IS APPROX 6-7 GMS.
