Wow, Ive always struggled to draw dragons head-on like that, you always absolutely nail it! I really admire all of the time and effort you've put into your art style and I envy your dedication. You make everything so methodical and symmetrical and it's incredible, I'd love to try it myself but it looks _suspiciously_ like math and I know I don't have the patience for it. The improvement between the original and the redraw is so amazing. Thanks for inspiring me to keep working and amazing job
It looks so good! I can definitely see the improvement from the previous design. The lighting on the eyes especially is great! And of course, there's Darkstalker, lying just beyond Peacemaker. Little guy will never know what he once was, nor the tragedy surrounding his past life. The cherry surrounding them really brings it all together, considering its what made the change happen. Great stuff!
i love how the backround shape (frame) is a strawberry to resemble the enchanted strawberry he ate to become peacemaker, I thought that was a nice touch!

@@toastombee that too. I just figured that since it has a wavy texture to it, and the “stars” (if it’s a night sky) are really faint, so it looks a bit more like black sand than a night sky to me. Plus, black sand is used in darkstalker’s soul reader to measure how much good is in a dragon’s soul.
Peacemaker is an interesting character to me. He's just a good boy, destined to live a good life. But it's the knowing what he was, and what he never will be... And gotta love the strawberry motif in this!
